An hour before the explosion, a few soldiers and a few mages were present while escorting two people who went to Darcero Kingdom before the ban from Luminiera Kingdom and one of the catalysts for the ban's existence.

"I heard that they will start a celebration for the new year at midnight. Explosions in the sky are one of the opening stuff that they like to do," one of the mages said.

"Explosions eh? A good opening for the new year is definitely not explosions but this city is using that for celebrating the new year? I don't know what they are eating but they are just asking for trouble for having explosions instead," Maria shook her head, looking disgusted.
