"Say, why have your eyes turned golden?"

Fischl crossed her arms under her chest, a hint of puzzlement on her face as the drenched black silk bodysuit clung uncomfortably to her skin.

Nolan smiled at her and joked, "Well, this is the same 'Grand Illusory Dreamscape of Myriad Forms, Eye of Judgement' as yours, Princess."

"It seems to have come from that kiss just now. Don't you have any clue either? I thought it was a gift from you, Princess!"

Hearing Nolan's explanation, Fischl's face reddened, then she retorted somewhat angrily, "Idiot! How could I possibly impart my unique ability to you? That must be a fake! A cheap imitation!"

"Ah, it seems so. My eyes, compared to yours, Your Highness, which can easily see through the changes in fate, the connections of cause and effect, and even distant worlds, are definitely far inferior!"

Nolan didn't argue with Fischl and simply admitted defeat and said.

Fischl pulled back her bowstring, arrow nocked, as lightning began to gather at the arrowhead. Looking down her arm, one could see transparent droplets clinging to the snow-white skin of her underarm.

One drop, guided by gravity, slowly slid down her delicate skin to a spot on her rib cage hidden by her short skirt.

At the same moment, Fischl's arrow shot towards the Hydro Abyss Mage, trailing a path like lightning!

If hit, the massive amount of electro elements attached to the arrow would, unsurprisingly, significantly deplete the hydro mage's elemental shield.

"Keke, too slow!"

With a twirl of its staff, the Hydro Abyss Mage teleported a few meters away, dodging Fischl's attack, but Oz, already prepared, continued to fire a barrage of electro magic bullets at it.

Fischl was betting on the fact that its spatial teleportation magic couldn't be used in rapid succession!

"You pesky humans are so annoying!" A barrage of lightning bolts successfully hit the water mage's elemental shield but failed to break it. The creature cackled and continued, "What's the point of hitting if the electrocution reaction consumes less water element than I can recover?"

Nolan's brow furrowed slightly. This torrential downpour was certainly a huge advantage for it.

He looked again at the water abyss mage with golden eyes, the same hue as Fischl's hair, and unexpectedly found its weakness not in its head or heart.

But in the water elemental shield surrounding it.

A point of light, bright as the rays of the sun, moved continuously on the elemental shield. This was probably because the shield prevented attacks from reaching the water mage's body, making its weaknesses invisible.

This rapidly moving point on the shield could be a node of magical operation or something similar.

Focusing attacks on it, compared to other areas, would undoubtedly break the shield faster.

Nolan quickly picked up the Adventurer Hunting Bow and used the last remaining Fire-Imbued Arrow, his gaze slightly condensed aiming at the light spot on the Water Elemental Shield.

The next moment, the arrow streaked through the wind and rain unimpeded, erupting in flames to perfectly strike the water mage's elemental shield with a "woosh."

The elemental shield visibly wobbled, almost falling apart. The water mage, startled, widened its eyes in surprise but ultimately the shield held, allowing it to breathe a sigh of relief.

"No good? Seemed just a bit more was needed," Nolan said with some regret.

Calling it a weakness didn't mean it was easily breakable. If the average strength of the elemental shield was 100, and one spot was 99.9, then relatively speaking, it was a weakness.

This made seeing the weakness less impactful, but fortunately, this abyss mage didn't fall under that category.

Nolan believed that one more hit would successfully break the shield!

But he was out of fire-imbued arrows, to his dismay.

"You idiot, I can just imbue your arrows with lightning, can't I?" Fischl stepped on Nolan with her high-heeled black boots, urgently saying with a fair face.

If they waited any longer, the water mage's shield would fully recover!

Ah right! He had Bennett try this before, it totally worked - he just momentarily forgot.

Nolan hurriedly loaded an armor-piercing arrow as Fischl extended her hand, guiding the lightning element to slowly adhere to it.

Seeing this, the water abyss mage spoke with a mix of shock and anger:

"Humans! You shall not succeed!"

But it was too late!

Fischl, being an archer, was far more adept at infusing elemental power into arrows than Bennett.

A lightning elemental arrow, unimaginably fast, hit the water mage's shield at its weak point again. The shield, crackling with electric light, disintegrated in an instant! 

"Ah!"

The hydro abyss mage was hit by magical backlash, groaning in pain as it passed out and fell from the air to the ground.

"We finally did it!" Nolan wiped the rain off his forehead with the back of his hand, exhaling in relief.

"Hmph~ All thanks to this princess!"

Fischl, with her palm wet from the rain, patted her heaving chest, then stood with hands on hips, her fingertips pressing against the soaked, skin-tight black bodysuit clinging to her abdomen, slightly indenting the soft, white flesh.
