Chapter 98 : Gringotts And Underground Dungeon (Bonus Chapter)
After getting something to eat, because nobody can work on an empty stomach, Orion finally arrived at Gringotts.
Coming closer to the building he once again read the the famous lines. But this time he was just about to do the same thing which the message said not to do.
"Alright then, let's get inside," Orion said as he looked around, not finding any wizarding crowd around.
[Remember, Goblins are cunning creatures. Don't let your guard down at all, I highly doubt that they will attack you but they will try to take advantage of you. Stay vigilant] Merlin said as Orion was entering the gates of Gringotts.
Orion just nodded and tightened his mental shields. As he enters, he notices many small people inside sitting on their high sits and working on something.
Looking around he looks for someone who can help him out here but no one even given him a look.
"Talk about bad customer service," He deadpan and just had to go up to a Goblin and say.
"Hmm hello, I am looking to open a vault here. Can you help me," Orion said.
No reply.
Orion's eyes brow could not help but twitch when he saw the goblin not reacting even after noticing him.
'Do you believe he will notice if I go full on Shank here and ask him to give me some face,' Magic was already bubbling inside Orion, the Adrenaline from the previous fight was still lingering, as he asked this question to Merlin.
[Sure you can, if you don't mind an institution which holds a monopoly in money management in the wizarding world goes after you or gives you more attention than needed then sure go for it] Merling said with a little sarcasm.
These words from Merlin completely make Orion plumated his irritation and he calms himself down.
'I swear I will one day become an important man and turn this world around,' He looked at his palm like he had finally realized the reality of this world, Merlin could even see the scene changing as suddenly Orion was standing on a big rock and in front of him was the boundless ocean like seeing how big his dreams were.
"Cough* Cough. Hello, can you help me? I want to open a vault," Orion said again but this time with a little force.
Finally, the goblin looked at Orion with clear irritation on his face.
"Go there," He just pointed with his finger and returned back to his work.

[I knew you were narcissistic] Merlin said. Orion just blushed a little, he used to do this back in his world when he was nothing special—imagining things about in future becoming rich and so on.
He didn't do anything and directly walked toward the place where the Goblin pointed at.
But Orion was for a rude awakening. It took 20 minutes for him to find the real goblin in charge of opening a vault.
Those short guys kept on sending him from one side to another.
And good thing that a goblin finally said that he would open his vault otherwise Orion was sure he would be sent to Azkaban for the murder of 30 goblins from Gringotts.

"What do you mean I have to give my blood to open the account," Orion looked at the dwarf with irritation and asked.
It took another 20 minutes for the goblin to really start the vault creation process.
But now he suddenly asked Orion to give his blood.
[Yeah and giving out blood is not a good idea. Blood is a really important thing in the magical world. Don't give the blood, especially to these goblins. Remember never trust a goblin] Merlin said.
"It's rule, Gringotts need the blood of the wizard to connect the vault to the wizard." said the goblin and this made both Merlin and Orion frown.
'Hmm, what should I do ?' Orion asked with confusion.
[Just enter his mind and make him believe that you already did that]
'Hmm but he is wearing a protective ring' Orion said.
[Just break the shield. While trying to break remember to also use the power of the natural magic. I will help you] Merlin said.
It was a little trick too on his part as this will make Orion believe that using natural magic is simple as long as he wants to. He long realized that Orion's mindset is holding him back more than anything right now.
He might have great talent and potential but even then he is just a normal child who once lived a normal life. He has grown between unprogressive people. Thus before giving him an entire session on mindset, Merlin just has to make him believe that what he is doing is just common and anyone from his time could do it.
Orion is better the the current wizarding world, there is no doubt about it, and he is not that big of an idiot to not realise that so Merlin always makes him compare with the wizards of the past.
Well, the boy was quickly breaking all the records but only he knew that and no way he gonna tell that to Orion.
So of course he didn't know that what he was going to do was pretty hard and activated his magic.
Looking at the Goblin's eyes, he immediately felt the mental shield but he knew that it was there because the dwarf was wearing a protective ring.
[Focus, there is no trick here. All this job demands is power to break through the shield. Use the natural magic to aid you] Merlin reminded.
Orion just nodded and his face suddenly sharpened. Once again when in a situation where he is having difficulty Orion entered into doing his technique.
'Come on, come on...

(10 minutes later)
[I am honestly surprised that you pulled it off, but you are my student after all. I am a great teacher, what else we can expect...]
Again Orion's eyebrows twitch but he says nothing. He was used to this from Merlin. He is the real narcissistic one here. But Orion can't say anything as the man has the qualification to be narcissistic.
"Okay okay, you are great but now I need to ditch this goblin and find the Lestrange vault" Orion said and looked at his surroundings.
He was currently following the goblin to his new vault. It was pretty quick as his low-priority vault is not on the deeper section of the dungeon.
"This here is your vault, Mr Ambrosius," said the Goblin.
"Oh okay, can you please open it. I would like to put something inside," Orion said with a smile.
Goblin did it without any reaction, this was a much more polite Goblin compared to those he found before.
'Sorry but I have to do this,' Orion muttered under his breath and then slowly raised his finger and pointed at the goblin from his back and said.
"Obliviate".
Orion targeted the memories in which he asked the goblin to show his vault to him and erase them. So for the goblin, after registering for a vault, Orion left.
But he didn't leave it there either as he put false memories inside the Goblin for why he was here down in the dungeon.
Before he can come back to his consciousness, Orion hides and lets the goblin go.
"Now I need to go down," Orion said as he walked to the edge of the floor and looked down. There was nothing but an endless pit there.
[Make sure to avoid the water, that will block your magic] Merlin said.
"Yeah..."
Orion took out his broom and put an invisible charm on himself.
"Now I need to find a dragon, let see how that goes for us,"
