Did I miss part of the last chapter the part about the beast master association foster area and the training area at starfire foster shop was repeated twice

I wouldn't mind the repeats as much if we got the full chapter before the repeat happened. There is always some scenes and dialog missing that would have happened. Take this chapter for example, the next one literally starts with "I understand your request". What request? It skipped that part before the repeat happened.
