Meet Again

David, Jane, and Lisa left the place immediately, not caring that it was completely destroyed.

There would probably be some horrendous news about the sports area being mysteriously destroyed in the near future.

On the way back to the university, Jane's cell phone suddenly rang.

David saw that it was Evelyn calling her.

Jane seemed annoyed by the name but she still picked up the call.

"What is it?" She asked, speaking first.

"Bring your boyfriend to the Hilton Hotel, I want to see him." Evelyn's voice echoed in response, audible to David.

Evelyn's tone sounded rather cold when she said that, very different from when she spoke to David in reality.

"What do you want from him?" asked Jane, frowning.

Jane didn't know anything between David and her mother. Perhaps she thought that her mother wanted to judge David, or even worse, would interfere with their relationship.
