P.S= #30: Mechanical Code Magic Drive

"Damn, why can't I see any village anywhere?" Yamato expressed his frustration, scanning the surroundings for any sign of civilization.

"Maybe there isn't one," Kiyomizu suggested, her voice echoing with uncertainty in the snowy expanse.

Rustling sounds emerged, gradually growing louder by the second. "What's that? Are those Ayakashi? And what are they made of, is that snow?" Yamato questioned, his curiosity piqued.

"Stop doing that!" Kiyomizu scolded, frustration evident in her tone.

"Why are you yelling at me?" Yamato retorted.

Kiyomizu took charge, grabbing Yamato's right hand. "Let's go now."

[Now]

"So that's why we were running," Kiyomizu explained as they found refuge in the village.

"Where did you see them coming, the snow Ayakashi?" the man inquired, his concern mirroring the gravity of the situation.

"From the northwest, I guess," Yamato responded, recalling the direction they had spotted the approaching Ayakashi.

"The village is southeast," the lady informed, emphasizing the urgency of their situation.

"That means they weren't after us but the village instead," Kiyomizu deduced, the realization sinking in.

A sudden scream pierced the air, prompting them to rush outside to assess the unfolding chaos.

"The Ayakashi are coming!" someone shouted, panic spreading through the village.

"This is what happens when you take on your queen's enemies," another voice declared, painting a grim picture of the impending threat.

STOMP! STOMP! STOMP!

"No way, why are they coming now when we don't have the Fantastic Four?" Kiyomizu exclaimed, a mix of frustration and concern in her voice.

"We have to stop them," Yamato asserted, determination cutting through the tension.

"How? It's not like we have magic drive or know anything about Haku," Kiyomizu responded, her skepticism palpable.

"You might not, but I do," Yamato declared confidently.

"Huh?"

"Why do you keep forgetting I have a magic drive? The same magic drive that helped me build Zekia," Yamato reminded her, turning to the villagers. "Do you have any metal in the village? Anything that's made out of metal will do."

"Yes, we do," the man who saved Cory confirmed.

"Okay, then bring it here," Yamato instructed.

"What are you going to do with metal?" Kiyomizu inquired.

"Have you ever wondered how I built Zekia and Indreesha so fast?" Yamato teased.

The villagers brought the metal and placed it near Yamato's feet. He bent down, touching them with a resonating ZKHREEEN! As Yamato activated his magic drive, yellow tattoos covered his body, and numbers appeared on the metals.

"Wait, are those Binary codes?" Kiyomizu asked.

"No, ASCII. You see, when I activate my magic drive and touch anything made out of metal, my magic drive sends ASCII codes to the metal, giving me the ability to control and manipulate metal at will. I call it Mechanical Code Magic Drive," Yamato explained.

The metals started breaking down and combining with each other. Yamato then coated his hands in Haku with a resounding TOOWISH!, imbuing it with a powerful TOWING!.

Some of the metal fused into his fist, while the rest formed a small cylindrical staff with three circles in the center. He handed it to Kiyomizu.

"Cool arm," she remarked.

"Thanks, it's custom-made. Now, imbue the staff with your Haku," Yamato instructed.

"Which part of 'I can't use Haku' don't you understand?" Kiyomizu retorted.

"Oh, yeah," Yamato chuckled, taking back the staff, imbuing it with his Haku, and then handing it back to her.

"Hmm, so how does this work?" Kiyomizu asked.

"Just imagine a weapon, like a gun," Yamato explained.

SHINGKLA-KNEEEEN! The staff transformed into a gun, ready for action.

"Wow," marveled Kiyomizu, her eyes fixed on the transformed staff.

"It will fire my Haku as bullets, and when my Haku is finished, it will transform back into a staff," explained Yamato, a confident gleam in his eyes.

"You guys should go inside. We will take care of this," Kiyomizu declared, her sense of responsibility cutting through the awe.

[Naima]

Naima swiftly maneuvered through the howling snowstorm, determined to reunite with the others. The biting wind stung her face, and visibility was rapidly decreasing. "I should hurry up and find the others; this storm is getting bad."

Suddenly, a chilling sound pierced through the air a blade of ice, fast and silent, aimed directly at Naima's face. Reacting on instinct, she drew her sword with lightning speed, intercepting the attack just in time. The clash of metal resonated in the air, followed by a quick retreat as Naima gracefully jumped back, landing with a controlled poise on the snow-covered ground. SHING!! CHING!! TEP!

"Whoever you are, show yourself now," Naima commanded, her voice cutting through the howling wind.

"HEHE HEHE." TEP! TEP! TEP! An Ayakashi, its form sculpted from the very ice and snow swirling around, emerged from the storm. Its cold, calculating eyes bore into Naima as it assessed its opponent.

As the snowflakes danced around them, Naima couldn't help but reflect on Yamato's words. "I see. So what Yamato said was really true, huh?" Naima pondered to herself.
