Chapter three

In the morning I wake up feeling sore even walking was a bit of a problem looking at the clock beside the bed it's already seven and I was supposed to be at the hospital by eight shit am gonna be late I wet took the bath 

"What am I going to wear if I first pass home am going to be late and Luca is definitely going to eat me alive" I shouted at James who looked relaxed as if nothing was happening 

"This is your fault " I shouted at him I put on the leggings I found there I think they are for Emily and put on his big shirt 

"Am dropping you off" he said getting up

" you don't have work today " I asked him since he was not getting ready shakes his head and we left his apartment hands in hands

I got there on time exactly at eight 

"You are late" Luca said standing there infront of me 

"But it's eight "

"Exactly should have been here are least ten minutes earlier "

I just shake my head and goes to work 

After work I got home early but before I could get inside the house I find Jack standing there I just sigh and keep on going 

" hey ..... can you please tell Palma to talk to me " he said raising his head which he was holding in his hands 

"Jack did you really cheat on her" I asked him turning back to him 

" no I would never do that why is that no body trust me" he shouts the last part

"Well" since he yelled at me as if I needed that to add on my worst day I open the door to leave him there and went I inside but I could hear him mumbling a sorry 

I went to our room find Palma laying on the bed facing the other side 

"You don't have to act strong you know maybe give him a chance to explain " I told her taking a sit next to her 

"I don't want to hear what he has to say " she mummers I could tell that she has been crying 

"Palma you don't have to judge without knowing the whole truth just talk to him he is sitting outside " I pulled her up just as we were fighting for her to wake up we hear voices in the living room

"Yes mom I really didn't mean it" I could hear Jack explain to our mom Palma run to the living room and I just followed

"What a hell are you doing here get out of my house right now " Palma yells at him 

"Palma let me explain "Jack tried but my sister was not having it 

"Explain??my ass just get out you cheater" Palma said tears falling down her face 

"Young lady another word you out of my face" my mom worns her but I could tell she didn't mean it 

Palma turns to our mom tears falling down "mom he cheated on me with Kelly " she cries out but before mom could say anything Kelly busted inside our house 

"Really Palma am I that cheap to you do you really think I could do that to you after all we've been through is that why you have been giving me cold shoulder " Kelly asked confused well this is like a movie 

"As if you are any better Kelly I thought you were my friend I trusted you with everything and just because your relationship couldn't work out due to your insecurities you thought it was great to break mine" Palma yells" go you can have him for all I care " 

"Palma really " Kelly asks her shaking her head Sarah who was with her was also shocked at all these

"Okay before any one say something that you gonna regret why don't we all come down " I said 

"Look am going for grocery shopping make sure I came when all this is done " mom left after that and I pulled everyone to sit down Kelly shaked her head " no need am leaving it's clear am not needed here Palma I didn't know you could think of me that low the thing is Jack wanted to make surprise party for you on your second anniversary today so I was helping him out we didn't want you to find out that's why for all this and all the messages " Kelly explains 

"You didn't have to " Jack said 

"What's the use it's done " Kelly took her phone typing for few things " since you didn't trust me you can have all the preparations in your phone after that she left followed by all her friends who looked disappointed 

"I wish you trusted me Palma " Jack said and after that left also well it's just me and Palma who was now lost didn't know what to do 

Palma fall a sleep after all that I was with mom in the kitchen making dinner 

"Am feeling sorry for Palma " I said cutting vegetables 

"They will be fine after all coming down "

We eat alone since Palma said she wasn't hungry after cleaning the dishes I went to our room which I share with Palma and hugged her from behind and we fall a sleep 

In the morning since I had class for few hours I went to the campus after my classes we were sitting in a cafeteria outside the campus with Emily and Alice 

"So you know Dad is handing over the company to James on his birthday " Emily informed us they were all looking at me the only thing I had on my mind was our last night together 

"Head of it he is been busy lately working on that" I said biting on my pizza 

We talked for a little catching up on everyone what's been going on with everyone after that we left and I went home I messaged James asking him how he was doing but he didn't answer so I thought he was busy
