Wally is wearing his suit with a mask and is sitting on the plush long sofa.
He is slowly eating a long sandwich while focused on the TV, which is playing a popular comedy series.
A black shadow slides toward him from behind the couch on the floor while going along the side and reaching behind the TV to pull the power cord.
"Ah, come on!"
Wally shouted and spat a lot of food on the floor.
He placed the plate on the sofa, walked over to the TV, and after seeing the cord on the floor, he looked around a bit tensely.
After a few seconds, he put the cord back into the TV and sat back on the sofa.
Seconds later, the shadow pulled the cord again.
"Guys, I'm not joking!"
Wally shouted and stood up angrily.
"Do you think you can hide from me?"
Wally ran through all the floors looking for the culprit of this prank and returned seconds later.
"Dio, are you playing with me again?"
Wally shouted.
Wally and Dio once had a small argument about ghosts. Wally didn't believe in ghosts, even though he knew magic was real.
Then Dio made all the ghosts visible to him as a prank, while Wally was having dinner at a small diner.
The result was expected, and he was vomiting and becoming paranoid.
Then the shadow turned off the lights in the room.
"Guys!"
Wally shouted and ran with his powers to the other side of the room while turning on the switch on the wall.
Wally touched his communicator with fear.
"Tower, is anyone on this floor?"
Wally asked in a low voice.
The Tower has a relatively AI system, almost like a functional Siri.
"You are alone down here, and only Miss Raven is in her room, Mr. Wally West."
The AI responded.
Then the shadow climbed up his back, and its hands turned into terrifying claws that enveloped Wally in a frozen embrace.
Wally ran like he'd never run before from the middle of the room to the wall.
When he turned around, he saw the shadow looking at him. It's three meters tall, as thin as a rod, and has long hands with sharp claws.
Wally tried to touch his communicator, but Dio appeared beside him holding his hand.
"I got you!"
...
"I almost had a heart attack, you know."
Wally said this while sitting on the sofa and eating his sandwich.
"Sorry, I couldn't resist."
"I get that, I've played pranks, but nothing at this level. You literally created a living shadow just to scare me?"
"Of course not, he's the result of my studies, a magical golem."
Dio pointed to the golem, which had changed shape into a black cube on the coffee table in front of Wally.
"This thing is creepy, something straight out of a horror movie."
Wally said, but it seemed that a horror movie creature was not enough to spoil his appetite given that he was still eating his sandwich.
"What was all that noise?"
Raven asked from the upper part of the floor with annoyance. She floated down to the lower part while wearing the same casual clothes.
Wally was usually the one responsible for interrupting her meditation with the noise.
"Do not look at me; this time it's all Dio's fault and his monster!"
After seeing how mad Raven was, Wally quickly blamed Dio.
"Monster!?"
It worked; now her anger is directed at Dio.
"Golem, actually. I just succeeded in creating it."
Dio levitated the black cube toward her.
He knew Raven very well; there are few things that can calm her anger, and magic is one of them.
She caught the cube in the air and examined every detail up close.
"Can I touch it? I don't feel anything on it except the core inside, a golem made of pure shadows?"
Raven asked while keeping her eyes on the cube.
"Yes, I just built it, and I came to test its shape-shifting and stealth abilities."
Dio gave a smug smile to Wally, who scowled at him.
"What did you make the core from? I shouldn't be able to touch it, and elemental golems can't be touched."
"Ectoplasm—that's why it can alternate between solid and non-solid in this way."
Dio gave a mental command.
The cube in her hand then passed through her hands and fell to the floor.
"Shadows aren't very useful for attacking, unlike other types of elementals, but they are perfect for stealth."
The cube returned from below the floor and floated in front of Raven.
Elemental golems like fire or water are very common and perfect for a fight.
They cannot be physically touched, but their opposite elements are their weaknesses.
A strong light is to his golem, and so are common shadow golems. They can't attack, but they are the hardest to defeat.
Now Dio had solved one of their disadvantages.
"What is its strength in its physical state?"
"It's a little stronger than an ordinary adult; physical strength doesn't suit it much."
"Do the shape-shifting."
Dio followed her, and the cube transformed into a three-meter-tall humanoid made of black smoke with a frightening red eye.
"See, Raven, a horror movie monster!"
Dio saw Wally tremble a bit on his sofa.
"It's an impressive creation. Are you going to use it to watch your sister twenty-four hours a day?"
"What!?"
"Come on, Dio, you could have created any type of golem, but you chose this one. At the moment your sister is planning to leave the country. Why?"
Raven asked playfully.
"Stalker."
Wally muttered.
"You know that's not possible. I have to be close to it to continue passing and receiving information. I didn't create it to watch or protect my sister!"
Dio made it clear.
The golem still works, even though continents are between them.
It will act like a program following instructions if Dio tells it to defend a place or person from an attack.
It was not completely impossible with her idea.
"How are you going to use it then? Carry it around like a cube?"
Wally asked.
"Well, when it's not following someone or fighting by my side, I thought of integrating it into my suit."
"Stalker."
"What do you mean?"
Raven asked while completely ignoring Wally.
Dio put on his black armor, and then the golem flew toward him while passing through him and attaching itself to his back.
After that, Dio changed its form into a long cloak of ethereal darkness.
"Okay, that's cool."
Wally said.
Dio's original armor came with a cape and helmet, but he never used them.
The cape was simple and had no use. This was the opposite of the golem, which could attack someone by covering a blind spot.
Then Dio found that the helmet had the same magic as Hades's original helmet.
It didn't make him invisible, but it gave a slight sense of fear to those who looked at it.
It's hard to do his job as a hero when the people he was meant to save are scared of him.
Afterward, Dio demonstrated a bit of his idea to them by transforming his cape into blades, arms, swords, or spears that could attack anything within ten meters of him.
"Can you create one of those for me?"
Wally asked who had forgotten about his food.
"I can build one and give it to you, but it will never obey you like mine does, as it's not very intelligent to follow spoken orders."
Dio could make a golem that reads his superficial thoughts to connect with him if he were more advanced in alchemy.
These steps are taken by many alchemists to trade or sell their golems because a golem that only does what its commander says isn't all that useful.
"Now, I'll try to meditate in silence this time."
The look she gave him was a clear warning to stay quiet.
He took off his armor to show that they wouldn't see anything.
Then his new cloak changed into a black snake with red eyes that went around his arm like a bracelet.
It's no surprise that snakes are associated with Hades.
Raven didn't say anything else, and she floated back upstairs to her room.
"Do you wanna grab some junk food and play?"
Wally suggested it shortly after.
"Sure."
They stayed awake the whole night.
