Bustling Hawaii

For ordinary people, Gwen had extraordinary physical abilities, and lifting a car with her bare hands was no problem at all. But for a colossal prehistoric giant like MUTO, Gwen's physique was far from being considered strong.

Although Russell didn't know the exact weight of the male MUTO heading to Hawaii, just looking at Godzilla's weight was enough to estimate that the male MUTO's physique was at least in the tens of thousands of tons.

To ensure Gwen's safety, Russell decided to exclude her from the mission.

"No problem. You're the leader of the Justice League, and it's your call."

Mr. Fantastic Reed quickly responded.

"When do you plan to depart?"

Russell asked Reed.

"We've already prepared for departure and can leave at any time."

"In that case, you go ahead first. I need to go back and prepare. We can decide how to cooperate once we're in Hawaii."

"Alright."

After reaching an agreement, Russell put on the Endosymbiotic Battle Armor and left the Baxter Building.

In less than a minute, he returned to the chairman's office at the Octopus Monster headquarters.

Seeing Kara still sitting on the couch in the reception area, browsing through fashion magazines, he said to her, "Come with me to the Justice League headquarters."

"Sure!"

Kara put down the fashion magazine she was holding and immediately responded.

Kara was still wearing her Supergirl uniform, saving time on changing clothes.

At the Justice League headquarters, in the living room, Russell briefly explained the joint operation with the Fantastic Four to Kara and the Hulk.

As he finished speaking, Kara's voice chimed in, "I have no objections!"

Hearing Kara's response, the Hulk grumbled in a deep voice, "Hulk has no objections either."

"Since everyone is in agreement, we'll depart in five minutes."

Russell said calmly.

Aside from the Hulk needing a bit of time to add some alcohol to his keg, Russell and Kara had nothing else to prepare.

Five minutes later, wearing their Justice League uniforms, they joined the third aircraft, a self-developed and assembled fighter jet.

Although none of them were pilots, the fighter jet had automated systems, so the lack of a pilot was not an issue.

After boarding the aircraft, Russell had it send the aircraft's communication code to Susan, allowing the fighter jet to establish communication with Susan and her team's aircraft.

As the fighter jet sped toward Hawaii, Russell made a call to Diana, briefly explaining the situation.

Originally, Russell just wanted to inform Diana and let her know that he might not be able to return for dinner tonight. However, he didn't expect Diana to show such strong interest when she heard about the prehistoric giant. She even had plans to personally go to Hawaii.

While Diana had the power to protect herself, Russell firmly declined her proposal. He assured her that he would make sure she saw a living prehistoric giant in the future.

"Are you planning to capture that monster alive?"

After ending the call, Kara's delicate and fair face displayed a puzzled expression.

"No, I have no interest in ugly monsters."

Russell smiled and explained, while his right hand moved from Kara's alluring and slender waist to pinch her gently.

"But how can you let Diana see a living monster?"

Ignoring Russell's wandering hand, Kara asked with curiosity.

"I only said I'd let her see a living prehistoric giant. I didn't say she'd see the one we're dealing with now."

In Russell's eyes, both the male and female MUTOs were ugly monsters. What he intended for Diana to see was not MUTO but the more majestic Godzilla.

While Godzilla might not be as cute as kittens or puppies, among monsters, his appearance was definitely above average. In human terms, he was like the Chris Hemsworth of monsters.

If Godzilla was the Chris Hemsworth of monsters, then Kong was the Henry Cavill of monsters.

"If that's the case, will there be other prehistoric giants?"

Kara continued to inquire.

"Isn't that obvious?"

Russell responded while his right hand, which had moved from Kara's delicate face to her enchanting waist, showed his playful nature.

Sitting on the other side of the cabin, the Hulk overheard Russell and Kara's conversation, but he had no interest in it. He did, however, have some confusion. After all, Russell's girlfriend was Diana, yet Russell was currently embracing Kara. Wasn't he afraid of making Diana angry?

The Hulk's massive green head couldn't quite comprehend the complex dynamics among Russell, Diana, and Kara.

Oh well, he decided not to think about it!

The Hulk opened one of the kegs and started drinking.

Hawaii.

A private airport outside the capital city of Honolulu.

This airport was not the one contacted by No. 3; it was arranged by Mr. Fantastic Reed.

After the aircraft of Mr. Fantastic Reed and his team landed here, No. 3 controlled the fighter jet to land at the airport as well.

As Russell, Kara, and the Hulk disembarked from the fighter jet, Russell saw several familiar faces.

Coulson, Natasha, Barton...

And Captain America, Steve Rogers!

Only after disembarking did Russell realize that they weren't the only ones interested in the prehistoric giant this time. Shield had always been interested in extraordinary entities of all kinds, and they wouldn't miss a chance like this.

"I heard that over a month ago, they found an extraterrestrial organism in Norway. I wonder how their research is going now?"

Reed spoke slowly.

While Reed wasn't a mad scientist, he had a curiosity for novel phenomena that rivaled that of mad scientists. If he didn't have strong moral principles and values, the harm he could potentially cause to the world wouldn't be much less than Hydra's.
