In Konohagakure, the Hokage Suggestion Council gathered.

All four disciples of the Second Hokage, along with four other members and the Hokage's adviser (Nara Shikaku) and the Anbu commander, were present.

The Fire Daimyo spoke up, "Ha, the Third Hokage was doing a nice job."

Danzo countered, "Konoha was cornered because the Third Hokage was soft. We need a Hokage to bring change and enforce shinobi laws. We need someone like that."

The Fire Daimyo inquired, "And is there someone like that?"

Danzo responded, "I recommend Orochimaru, one of the legendary Sannin."

The council was filled with murmurs and discussions.

The Fire Daimyo turned to the Third Hokage, Hiruzen, seeking his opinion.

Hiruzen stated, "Orochimaru is truly a genius from the age of war."

Hiruzen's acceptance gave Danzo an opportunity to smirk.

However, Hiruzen continued, "However, he is a person with sinister intentions and greed lurking behind those eyes. Such a person cannot be entrusted with the duties of Hokage."

Danzo interrupted, "LORD THIRD!"

Hiruzen persisted, "I recommend Namikaze Minato."

Koharu added, "He is a pupil of Jiraiya, in other words, a disciple of your disciple."

Homura interjected, "A man so skilled, he's nicknamed the Yellow Flash."

Danzo remained unsatisfied.

The Fire Daimyo thought, "The name Yellow Flash is fancy. Let's accept the Yellow Flash."

Danzo stood firm, stating, "Minato is still too young."

Hiruzen stood his ground and countered, "He emerged victorious in the Battle of Kannabi Bridge and distinguished himself by leading the way in the Third Great Shinobi War."

Danzo retorted, "I am opposed."

Hiruzen glared at Danzo, and all the council members sided with Hiruzen.

Danzo sama was defeated.

The Daimyo made the final declaration, "I hereby declare Namikaze Minato as the Fourth Hokage."

In recent days, Kakashi has been feeling very sick, burdened by guilt over Rin's death caused by his Chidori.

As a result, he has become quite monotone and unsociable.

In an attempt to find solace or understanding, Kakashi purchased a book titled 'How a Shinobi Should Die?'

@ Uchiha District

A new building called the 'Uchiha Shinobi Nexus' has been constructed.

It houses the Uchiha training center, and offers support to all the uchiha's come here to seek guidance in the training.

The Uchiha Shinobi Nexus serves a crucial purpose, as it caters to all age groups within the clan. From ages 1 to 6, young Uchiha will receive guidance in various aspects such as shinobi history, Uchiha history, weapon training, sharingan understanding, and social etiquette like language and table manners.

With people from different age groups coming together, knowledge will be pooled and shared, creating a dynamic and enriching environment. Academy students, Genins, Chunins, Joinin, and even members of the Police force can benefit from joining the Nexus.

Each rank has its designated syllabus within the Nexus, which all participants must complete. As a result of these efforts, the Uchiha clan will flourish, producing more promising and talented shinobi, all thanks to Ryu's innovative ideas.

Ryu made a strategic move by hiring a talented neighbor named Hana Uchiha to join his company, which he aptly named "Ryu's Seals."

As there were no other sealing franchises in the shinobi world, Ryu effectively monopolized the market, making his business the go-to source for all types of seals. He not only sold standard seals but also offered customized seals for those who required specific designs or functionality.

Ryu's Seals quickly became a sensation in the Konoha, outshining even the famous Ichiraku Ramen shop in revenue.

The demand for Ryu's expertly crafted seals, including custom designs, soared as word spread about their exceptional quality.

The next day, Minato was officially named the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf.

Ryu approached Minato and congratulated him, "Congratulations Hokage-sama."

Minato smiled and replied, "Thanks Ryu, call me sensei always."

He then briefed Ryu and Kakashi about their new mission, a B-rank assignment to retrieve the Peace treaty contract from Iwa.

Ryu nodded in acknowledgment, saying, "Hai."

Leaving with Shushin, Ryu headed towards Training Field Three, where Kakashi could often be found practicing his Chidori with Obito's Sharingan.

As Ryu spotted Kakashi deeply engrossed in his training, he approached him with the mission in mind.

Ryu said, "Kakashi, we have a mission."

Kakashi replied, "Alright, let's meet Lord Fourth and get the details."

Minato invited them, "Come, Kakashi."

Upon their arrival, Kakashi asked, "Is there a mission?"

Minato responded, "Yes, we need to retrieve the peace treaty papers from Iwa. There are many who desire war, so we must be prepared."

Kakashi appeared somewhat less confident.

Minato turned to Ryu and said, "Take care, Ryu." Ryu nodded in seeing Kakashi's confidence.

As we advanced halfway through the forest, a rogue ninja suddenly confronted us, ready for battle.

Ryu advised Kakashi, "Hold off on using your Chidori for now."

Kakashi replied, "Understood."

The rogue wore a grey mask, concealing their face, and wielded a saber.

Without hesitation, Ryu unleashed his Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu. Unlike the usual red, orange, and yellow flames, Ryu's fire manifested in a brilliant blue hue.

The rogue shinobi suffered severe burns from the intense flames. Even the slightest contact left their flesh with a burnt smell, and all of their clones were instantly incinerated.

The rogue screamed in agony as Ryu's Genjutsu took effect, making him temporarily forget his pain and reveal his affiliation.

Ryu questioned, "Who are you affiliated with?"

The rogue, under the Genjutsu's influence, confessed, "I am a bounty shinobi hired by an unknown party."

Kakashi, still recovering, nodded. "Sensei informed us about this."

Guy and a few Anbu members arrived as reinforcements, concerned about Kakashi's condition.

Guy asked, "Kakashi, what happened?"

Kakashi, trying to regain his composure, replied shakily.

Ryu addressed the Anbu, "You must have come to help complete the mission, I assume."

Determined to prevent any further trouble, Ryu stepped forward and swiftly severed the rogue ninja's arm.

Guy protested, "Hey, why did you do that?"

With his Sharingan active, Ryu's gaze made Guy nervously swallow as he asserted, "Nobody messes with Konoha."

Ryu signaled for them to follow him and used a shadow clone to return to the Hokage's office.

Together with the Anbu, Ryu continued their journey through Kusagakure.

At last, Ryu successfully retrieved the contract papers for the Peace treaty from Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage. Onoki seemed to be overcome with a sense of fear, likely due to the trauma from the first Shinobi war and the legendary Uchiha Madara.

In the Hidden Stone village, Ryu was known as the "Divine Dragon," and it was Iwa that had placed the bounty on him in the first place.

Upon returning to the Hokage's office, Ryu received the memories from the clone he had sent to Minato.

In the memory, Minato apologized, "Ryu, I'm sorry for calling off the mission. I'll handle it with the Anbu."

Ryu's clone calmly replied, "No need to apologize, Sensei. I'm just a clone. The real me is with the Anbu."

Minato let out a sigh, feeling the weight of the situation.

Kakashi was admitted to the hospital due to his mental injuries.

Guy spoke up with determination, "Lord Fourth, as his eternal rival, I can't just sit still when I see Kakashi like this."

Minato nodded understandingly, saying, "I appreciate your concern, Guy. But I'll take care of things from here."

The memory ended, and Ryu successfully retrieved the contract, along with a personal message from the current Tsuchikage, Onoki, for the new Hokage.

Returning to the Hokage's office in the Leaf Village, Ryu delivered the retrieved documents and Onoki's message.

Minato praised him, "Good job, Ryu. You all can take some rest now."

Both Minato and Ryu, known as the Yellow Flash and Divine Dragon, were the most feared names in Iwa due to their incredible speed and remarkable kill count.

As Ryu made his way to the Uchiha District, Akari came out of no where.

Akari, observing the blood, called out to Ryu, "Ryu, you have blood on your shirt."

Ryu, who usually had no interest in interacting with women, remained silent and didn't seem to pay much attention.

Concerned, Akari asked, "Ryu, are you from Earth?"
