Chapter 17: Zoya Mio

KILLIAN’S POV

After receiving intel from Bai that Russel Roam had been selling intel to the Seoul mafia group and allowing them to set territory in New York, I called Zoya to the bunker of the safe house and arranged for the attack.

Bai and I sat back to watch and monitor the operation after ensuring that Amanda and Caylian had gone to bed early.

"Hello? Are these things working?" Zoya huffed.

"They are. We can hear you clearly, Zoya,” Bai huffed.

“Exactly where are you?” I asked Zoya.

"At the hotel washroom. I am about to attend the planned dinner between Russel Roam’s family and Seoul mafia representatives Minseok and Junwoo," Zoya whispered.

"You should have let me disguise you, Zoya. You will not fool them easily," Bai retorted.

"I agree as well. They're not that dumb, are they?" I added with a drawl.

"Listen, you all are ganging up on me and I don't like it. I’ve got it all under control. If you hear the explosion you need to extract me from the scene."
