Lu Chen then noticed a small text hovering above his head.

The text expanded, and he clicked on 'exit'.

As he did so, the world zoomed out, and he found himself lying on the cold floor.

"I'm back!" He looked at his surroundings. "Home sweet home. Even this apartment looks beautiful after going through that dungeon."

He then took out his mobile phone. "I never thought I would contact him for this." He dialed a phone number.

"Hello, Lu Chen. Why did you remember me? Did you finally change your mind?" Uncle Wang's voice came from the other side of the phone.

"Uncle Wang... It's not that. But I have awakened a skill, and I want to become a hunter. So, I would be happy if you could introduce me to the Hunter Association and help me out a bit."

Silence followed on the other end of the line.

"Young man, don't you think I'm old?"

"Haha." Lu Chen couldn't help but laugh a bit.

"Come to the Dragon Restaurant. I will accompany you there."

"Thanks!"

"Now get some sleep."

The phone call ended.

"He said to get some sleep. But can I?" Lu Chen browsed his mobile phone throughout the night, searching for dungeon information, hunter information, monster information, and so on. It was a sleepless night. But the next day, Lu Chen hurried to the Dragon Restaurant, full of energy and excitement.

"Look who's talking. It was you who, after hearing the news, kept yourself awake and even prepared so much food. Now you're blaming me."

Sister Wei hadn't married despite reaching 30 years old. Many men were waiting in line to win her hand, but she had rejected every one of them and declared that she would remain single for the rest of her life.

"Why don't you just get married?" Uncle Wang bit into the chicken leg as he grumbled.

"Hmph." Sister Wei took the chicken wings, and Lu Chen found some tender meat in the middle of them.

"Let's go then." At 5 am, Uncle Wang started his car. It was a regular car that ran on electricity.

"Good luck. Bring us good news!" Sister Wei blessed him.

"Thanks." Lu Chen sat in the car seat, and the car started driving.

"Tell me, Lu Chen. Why doesn't she want to get married? Does she have some hidden secrets?" Uncle Wang asked, sighing, in the middle of the road.

"I don't think so. Sister Wei isn't the type of person to keep things to herself. If she had a boyfriend, I would be the first one to know."

"Hah, my daughter. Why can't she just get married and live a peaceful life?"

"Well, maybe she is worried about you?"

Uncle Wang sighed.

The car continued to drive. Buildings passed by, the scenery changed from open fields filled with varieties of crops to more buildings.

After an hour of driving, the car stopped in a parking lot.

They walked for five minutes and stood in front of a towering building.

The building was 1,000 floors tall, with a grand and imposing word etched on the wall.

The building was bustling with people. Some were dressed in regular clothes, others in high-tech suits, and some in high-quality attire. People of various appearances walked in and out of the building.

They all looked fit and healthy. Even the skinniest among them emitted a powerful aura.

"Let's go." Uncle Wang patted Lu Chen's shoulder.

"Okay."

Feeling a mix of nervousness, joy, and excitement, Lu Chen entered the building.

it was a new beginning for him.
