Chapter 270- Bloody Meeting (Part 1)

Ethia sighed as she rested her back on the chair. Her mind was clouded with incomprehensible thoughts and her emotions were all over the place. For one reason or another, whenever this call between her and her father happens, she ends up feeling so uncomfortable that she could barely keep her face straight.

She just didn't understand this man at all and what she picked up from him made her completely afraid of him to an insane degree. Even with her power and influence, there was always this man, looming over her mind constantly, playing with her thoughts and actions with ease and turning her wherever he wanted.

What was even weirder was that she couldn't even resist. She tried to detach herself from him many times and yet she failed every time. It was as if she was under some kind of hypnotic power that robbed her of her freedom.

She was chained to that man, working as he pleased and doing what he wanted.
