Sorry but I just can’t let it go but I really feel you dropped the ball on the ice powers. I mean it gets in the of his current close combat style plus those chains will be more of hindrance since he won’t be able to use his flames or he will melt them. I feel you should’ve made it that he can both produce flames and ice the same way and any of his own flames or ice he can swap for the other instantly. Just imagine him doing the dragon burner then does a flash freeze move and that fire immediately turns to ice or you freeze an opponent then the ice explodes in flames.
