As she held the boy in her arms, a strange sensation washed over her, a flicker of recognition that she couldn't quite grasp. It was as if she knew this boy as if his fear resonated deep within her soul. But how could that be possible? Lisa couldn't remember ever having a child.

Lisa placed him on the bench and then sat next to him.

"Are you here alone? Where are your parents, it's quite dangerous you might get lost," Lisa spoke softly.

"Mommy, Daddy went to get ice cream let's wait for him okay?" Lucian said.

Suddenly, Lisa's phone rang she stood up and then walked to pick it up.

"Lisa, where are you? I thought I would meet you at the bus since it's already time," Kali spoke on the phone.

"Ooh, I totally forgot something came up, I'm on my way," she replied.

"Hey, sweetie do you mind waiting here?" Lisa knelt down in front of Lucian and then said sweetly.

"No Mommy," Lucian replied.
