As they stepped through the portal, Kaito and his group were immediately transported to the Celestial Abode.

The atmosphere around them changed instantly, and after a few moments, Kaito felt the warmth of the sun as his eyes adjusted to the intensity of the light. When his eyes finally became habituated to it, he saw that in front of him was a vast stretched square, with hundreds of people. A gentle breeze was blowing, bringing with it the harmonious sounds of voices and the rustling of trees.

Thus, the sight that unfolded before his eyes was impressive and shocking at the same time. There were several merchants, who were trying to sell their goods like potions, food, utensils, and other things, and there were also many other Duelists like them.

All the members of the group were pre-informed that there would be a kind of shelter in the Celestial Abode, a refuge for Duelists, but they were certainly not prepared for what this 'shelter' actually was.
