CHAPTER 54

My life was ideal on Saturday; I had a successful profession, a tidy apartment, and a few ladies who were ready for pleasure whenever and whenever. But on Sunday and Monday, everything really fell apart. I was unable to focus since I was viewing the same movie over and again, and my bedroom bureau was also home to a stranger's undergarments.

During a lunch meeting, I fidgeted restlessly in my seat as I toyed with my phone for the nth time that day. I did my best to seem to be interested in the conversation, but once the subject of American football came up, I mentally tuned out.
