Kidnapped by the beast

"Get lost, Marcello. I can't be seen with you here," Elliana smiled bitterly before she started walking inside the hall, making Marcello breathe a sigh of relief.

At least she didn't say she didn't have anything to do with him. He looked towards his group of friends and scoffed.

He would rather have a frenemy like Elliana rather than backstabbing friends like them.

"What a pleasant surprise, Princess Elliana," Elliana heard a vaguely familiar voice.

She turned around to look into the eyes of the same man who recently joined their University to get an additional degree and was in the same class as hers.

"Oh, it's you," Elliana said, bothered by the fact that he knew her but she had no idea who he was.

"It's me. It's quite surprising to see a human girl here. I wonder what her identity is to have all the royals wrapped around her little finger," the man said, leaning on the pillar.
