"Are you out of your mind?!" Alcinder rushed and held her hand, stopping her immediately, and Elliana turned to him with angry eyes.
"Leave my hand," Elliana's voice was sweet as always but held a dangerous hint to it, and Alcinder looked into her eyes, observing her carefully.
"No," he said without explaining, and Elliana pursed her lips.
"What do you want, Mr. Alcinder?" She asked, her eyes moist, and Alcinder sighed.
"I want you to stop acting foolish and in the heat of anger. I can't believe I am the one saying this to a human when it should've been the other way around," Alcinder pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance. He didn't want to deal with this, but he had no choice whatsoever because he couldn't leave her alone either.
"Let me go, Mr. Alcinder. I want to ask them who sent them here to hurt me," Elliana tried to push Alcinder and run away, but he didn't budge from his place.
