“How are you, Kong?!”

Suddenly, the newcomer threw herself in Kongkiat’s hug, almost knocking the boy out of balance.

Those ruby-red eyes looked up at him. And with their heights that were not that different, Kongkiat did not have to bend his head that much to look back at her. He saw her tiny lips spreading out in a wide smile that was rarely seen, and the boy could not help but smile as well.

“I’m totally fine, Angie. I'm safe, everyone, too.”

“You’re sure?!”

The little mage asked with a concerned look on her face. She reached up to examine the taller one thoroughly. And seeing that, Warunya cracked into an amused laugh.

“Angie was so worried when she knew that you were off for a mission with Tunwa, you know. She probably was afraid that you would be gone for months like before.”

“Well,”

Angela turned to make a high-pitched tone at Warunya, making the one looking at her adore her even more.
