Her words

Hera jolted as she felt the room shake as if there was a sudden earthquake. Everyone was looking at her with disbelief, especially the family leaders. Even Lukas was rendered speechless, his mouth was almost at the floor. 

The only ones who weren't surprised by it were the few members of the Reapers present and Dominic. They just shook their heads and laughed to themselves. 

What was surprising about that?

"Ms. Cruel, what are you saying?" the young Mr. Ashton frowned. "You got four families at your beck and call, and you're saying you don't want it?"

The young Mr. Capeti nodded. "We can give you everything you want, and with our connections, all of your crimes can disappear."

Hearing this, Elliot frowned in displeasure. 

"Haha." When Lukas recovered, he couldn't help but laugh and shake his head. "How did I not see this coming?"
