CHAPTER 120 – SELENE

In the Hoenn League I have no idea.

In Unnova's I think it was Nancy's cousin, Hilda Black.

In Kalos I have no idea.

In Alola's no one because there was none.

In Galar, Gloria was the first, Roxy in second place and in third place Victor, the male protagonist of Pokémon Sword and Shield.

And finally in Paldea, you will surprise about the winners, in the first place was a girl named Juliana, the female protagonist of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and in second position was Florian, the male protagonist of the same game, as for the third I do not remember.

And those were the winners of the different regions, but now my goal was different, now my goal is Alola, I do not know if there will be a Pokémon League this year but at least I will do the island challenge and beat all the Kahuna, that's my goal.

When I turned, I was surprised, the person who stopped me was someone I knew very well, it was a girl my age, yellow shirt and green pants, red and yellow shoes and a somewhat strange red hat on her head, her name was Selene, the female protagonist of Pokémon Sun and Moon.

"Is something wrong with you, miss?" – I asked.

"Yes, sorry for interrupting you, but I was on my way to Alola but I can't find my boarding gate, do you know by any chance where it is?" – asked Selene.

"What a coincidence, my brother, Bianca, Pikachu and I are also going to Alola, you can accompany us, don't you brother?" – Molly said with a smile.

"Of course" – I nodded.

"Really? Thank you so much, you save my life, i didn't even know who to ask!" – Selene said with a smile.

Then she grabbed her suitcase and we all started walking.

"By the way, it is very rude of me not to introduce myself, my name is Selene and I move to Alola with my mother, nice to meet you" – said Selene with a smile.

"A pleasure, my name is Ash, this here is my partner and best friend Pikachu, she is my little sister Molly and she is my friend Bianca, we traveled to Alola to challenge the Kahuna" – I introduced.

"My brother is amazing!" – Molly said proudly

"Anyway, are you going to Alola for something special?you don't need to answer if it's private, it's just curiosity" - I asked curiously.

"It's nothing private, I'm moving to Alola for my mother's job but since my father works in Kanto he has to stay here" - Selene replied.

Could they be divorced? i don't think so because in this world is very difficult to see a divorce.

"I see" – I nodded.

"Yes, the only bad thing is that i don't know if i will adapt, i'm a little shy even if it doesn't look like it" - Selene said somewhat embarrassed.

"Just be yourself and you'll make friends, besides... Who said you don't have any friends in Alola?" – I said with a smile.

"What do you mean? I haven't even arrived and it will be the first time in my life that I step on in Alola" – asked Selene surprised.

"What the brother means is that now we are your friends and since we will live in Alola for a while, then it means that you have friends in Alola!" – exclaimed Molly.

Selene was impressed for a few seconds, and then spoke.

"Really, do you really want to be my friends?" - asked Selene in surprise.

"We don't want to, we already are, aren't we?" – I said looking at everyone.

"Thank you very much, I didn't really have any friends in Kanto either, who was going to tell me that I was going to make so many friends in one day and that one of them would be the famous Ash, it's the happiest day of my life" – Selene said with joy.

After exchanging numbers we both continued our way to the boarding gate.

"How happy I am, not only did I make friends but also one of them is the famous Ash" – said Selene with joy.

"You'll make me blush at this rate, come on, we have to catch a plane" - I said with a smile.

She nodded and together with the others we got directly on the plane.

I have to say that the trip to Alola was very short, Alola was a region very close to Kanto and it only took us two hours to arrive.

As we were arriving the heat began to be noticed, the climate of Alola was warm all year round, basically it is summer all year and its minimum temperature was around 23º Celsius, you can imagine the heat it was.

Back to the topic, during the trip we took the opportunity to know each other better and I discovered that she was also going to do the island challenge, apparently she had just turned 16 a couple of months ago and was impatient to travel to Alola, the only thing that disappointed her is that Alola did not have a Pokémon League as such.

Anyway, when we arrived we got off the plane, collected our bags and walked to the entrance of the airport, there was a man holding a sign that said the name "Ash".

It was definitely him, he was unmistakable, brown pants, white cap, a lab coat completely unbuttoned and shirtless so he showed his pecs to anyone who looked.

Having said this and as Selene was looking for her mother without success so she approached with us for the moment.

"Excuse me, I am Ash" – I said to the professor.

The professor looked at me for a while and then smiled.

"Perfect, I'm Professor Kukui, I think Professor Oak has already told you about me!" – the professor introduced himself.

Then I shook his hand.

"I hope we didn't make you wait too long" - I said.

"Not at all, I arrived a few minutes ago, plus I'm delighted you're here!" – said the professor.

They looked like good people.

After saying this, he turned his head to Selene and looked her up and down.

"You must be Selene, am I wrong?" – asked the professor.

Selene looked at him with a somewhat strange look.

"Excuse me, but how do you know me? I'd swear it's the first time we've met" - Selene said politely.

"Yes, it's the first time, but it turns out that my wife is a friend of your mother, we have worked together on some projects and she spoke quite well of you" – replied the professor.

"Sure, go ahead" - the professor nodded.

Selene told Rotom Dex to call her mother and that's what she did.

"Mom, is it true that you moved to Poni without telling me anything?" - asked Selene.

"I see you have met Professor Kukui, yes, that's right, I was promoted a week ago and transferred to Poni Island" – nodded her mother.

"But why didn't you tell me anything? That way I wouldn't have wasted time coming to Melemele and going to Poni directly" - Selene protested.
