It had been three weeks since the incident with Molly, do you know where I am now? I better tell you where I should be, I should be on my way to Viridian City with the aim of getting my eighth and last badge, but the reality is different, very different, at this moment I was in Pallet Town, specifically in an expensive clothing store choosing a suit for the wedding, What wedding? To begin with, let's point out the differences between the world of the original anime and this one, one of the most important differences was that Molly's mother was not dead, but missing and that she was found shortly after the events of the film as seen in the credits, but in this world it was not like that, Molly's mother did not disappear, but died in the exploration of some ruins more than 3 years ago.

The second difference is that my mother and Spencer were almost the same age only separated by 2 years apart, a non-existent difference when you are an adult and the third difference is that my mother was in love with Spencer before she was in love with my father, but after he left Pallet Town, my mother ended up falling in love with my father and the rest you know.

Well, this is where the crucial part of this whole matter is, as I already told everything related to love relationships in this world and since my mother never mentioned my father and also since his identity was never shown in the anime at any time, we can assume that two things happened, The first that my father mistreated my mother, which I do not believe and the second and is the one that I think is correct is that my father abandoned us so as not to return.

That's right, that's why he never ever showed himself to Ash's father, basically it's because he abandoned his family to go in search of a dream he never fulfilled, is he dead? Probably not because my mother would have said so he most likely abandoned us.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a little sad but not much because I don't even have memories of him, what I would like to explain to you is something new about relationships in this world.

My father abandoned us about 11 years ago, I do not know for sure because my mother does not tell me but the most likely is that my mother tried to find him without any success, so the most likely is that they gave him for dead, after all 11 years have passed and even if it is not In this world if you leave your family for more than 6 years, your marriage will be annulled and you have to understand this point very good, by abandonment I mean don't come home or contact anyone in that time, so technically my mother has been single for 5 years.

In the anime this is not known and the most likely is an absurd reason, but in the real world that's the way things are.

Having explained this, let's move on to the next issue, the wedding, how did it happen in such a short time? Well, after all the events lived with Molly, Spencer was found in the same ruins in which he disappeared and returned home cheering everyone there, however, as his wife was dead and not alive as in the movie, Molly and Spencer only had each other so my mother decided to stay a with him a few days to comfort him and apparently during this time, I mean, for almost 3 weeks that's what happened.

What did I do during that time? Well, Latias was injured and we were all tired so we went home to rest for a couple of weeks, but when we were going to leave, just the day before at night my mother called us giving us that news, when I asked her how it had happened, she told me that after talking to him, that spark that existed in the past was lit forming the flame of love, He told me as it is, it's not my phrase, she literally said it like that.

You can imagine how I stayed, but that's not all, there's more, Spencer decided to move to Kanto with Molly or to say better than this, to my house and if that wasn't enough for everyone... They had already had sex... Damn I didn't want to say it, but it was my mother who told me and from that day on I couldn't get that image out of my head.

As you know in this world couples have sex once they get engaged for life and except for special cases like my father's case, these marriages are for life, so there was no turning back, my mother told me that they were going to celebrate the wedding as soon as possible because they were older and they did not want to waste time.

On the other hand after that incident, Spencer left his job at Johto and moved to work with Professor Oak in his laboratory, and he said that he would leave the Unown research because he did not want to repeat those experiences.

And finally, do you remember that I said that the day before we left my mother called us and told us about the wedding? Well, the next day, early in the morning they arrived in Pallet Town, What happen with Spencer's employees? it's easy, Spencer is rich and needed staff to maintain his mansion and Skyler moved to Kanto to work with Professor Cerise, so I guess all turned out well.

Now, you may wonder, how many days are left until the wedding? Well, it's tomorrow and today is Saturday, so you can imagine, besides how it was so rushed and I didn't have a suit of my size, this whole week I dedicated exclusively to that.

Now, my relationship with Molly... after what happened with her I thought we would not get along, but I was totally and miserably wrong, in just 6 days we were already getting along as real brothers and sisters and it was not difficult, as soon as Molly recovered her father's love and won a new mother and a brother, she opened up to me totally and it was a matter of a couple of days that we got along so well.

As for the girls, they were with Molly and my mother choosing dresses while I was in the store with Spencer, my new father and Pikachu because Latias also went shopping with the girls.

"We've been trying on suits all week, but I honestly think this one fits you perfectly, what do you think?" – that was Spencer.

"I also think so, in fact, the one I tried on Wednesday I also liked, but I must admit that this is super comfortable and fits me great" – I said.

"Pika pi" – Pikachu also agreed with me.

"I'm glad you like it, then we're ready, I'll pay for the suit and we'll leave, I've met your mother at a nearby restaurant... hey, before we leave I've been wanting to ask you a question" - Spencer said.

"Sure, tell me you're worried about" - I nodded.

"I know that being 16 years old is difficult for you and even having a father you may reject me, but I want you to know that I love your mother madly and I do not intend to abandon any of you, I know you are not my blood child but I love you as if you were" - Spencer said.

"Then I will be honest with you, it is true that when my mother told me I was a little skeptical, but after seeing you this week I am convinced that everything you just said is totally true, and even if I were not satisfied, this is my mother's life and not mine and having said this...welcome to the family, Dad" – I replied.

That's right, on many occasions there are children who hate their father for marrying someone else, however I am the opposite, I am delighted that my mother has found someone who loves her, I know it must be hard to be a single mother and have raised me alone for 11 years, I think now that I am a little more independent, she deserves all of this, plus I love Molly and I like Spencer greatly, although I must confess that he was one of those people who thought that Delia dated with Professor Oak in the anime, but I see that they are simply friends.

"I believe you, plus she deserves someone like you, all these years I grew up alone and she deserves to be happy" - I explained.

But before he could say anything else, suddenly someone came running.

"I'm glad for you, by the way, where are they?" – I said looking where Molly had come from.

"They're coming but I couldn't wait to be with you brother, I love you" - Molly said, burying her head in my chest.

"I love you too Molly, I couldn't have a better sister than you, loving, beautiful, honest and if I could think of more positive things, you would be" – I nodded reciprocating his hug.

"Hehe" - Molly said with a smile.

"Wow, look how well they get along" – said a voice.

When I looked I saw that it was my mother and all the girls who came with numerous bags in their hands.

"Yes and it seems incredible that they have only been together for a week" – Nancy nodded with a smile.

"Look at them so close together, they seem to be lifelong brothers" - Verity smiled.

"I'm glad you get along so well, by the way, have you chosen the suit you're going to wear?" – my mother asked.

"Yes, we've already bought it and it's in the bag but Ash wants you to see it tomorrow for the first time" - Spencer nodded.

"Hahaha, he isn't the boyfriend but okay" - my mother nodded.

"We're done too and the guests won't come until tomorrow, so I think it's time to go home" - Koharu suggested.

We all nodded and returned home.

On the way Molly grabbed my hand and we went home together while the girls talked to my mother about the wedding, Spencer on the other hand was talking to Professor Oak tomorrow, I didn't exactly hear their conversation, but I could hear something like "suit" and "green" and I could hear Spencer say "Don't even think about it".

Meanwhile Molly and I talked happily about mundane things, she told me about the things she liked and I nodded while also telling her my tastes.
