New Gu worm

The Gu Worm Academy was alive with excitement as students eagerly awaited the hatching of their new Gu. Many chose unique Gu worms, reflecting their individual strengths and talents. Others were less confident in themselves, and decided to follow Mo Bei's advice of taking the [Little Light] Gu worm, which was the Gu worm that matched the [Moonlight Gu] the best.

Some students received Gu with offensive capabilities, capable of unleashing devastating attacks, while others received Gu with defensive abilities that provided additional protection. Regardless of their Gu's capabilities, students were ecstatic to have a new companion to aid them in their cultivation and battles.

The bond between a Gu Master and their Gu was one of a kind and highly cherished. Gu were not just tools, but loyal companions who would accompany the student on their journey. To deepen their connection, students often gave their Gu names and personalities. It was a common sight to see students carrying their Gu with them at all times, taking care to feed them and keep them safe. Of course, they would give this practice once they became adult, but it was still a very novel and refreshing sight for Mo Bei.

However, with the acquisition of a new Gu came additional responsibilities. Students had to ensure that their Gu were well-fed and cared for, and they had to continue training and developing their skills to make the most of their new companion's abilities.

The journey to becoming a full-fledged Gu Master was challenging and lengthy, but with their new Gu, students felt reinvigorated and ready to face the challenges ahead. The excitement in the air was palpable as students looked forward to the adventures that lay ahead with their new companions by their side.

Moments later, Shi Feng and Tang Chi came towards their leader with a big smile on their face. Mo Bei's advice was right on the spot, and the Gu Worms they acquired matched their strength very well. There was no strongest gu worms, only gu worms that suited the Gu Masters to a certain extent.

Mo Bei had carefully chosen the path for his subordinates according to their talents and style, and it seemed like he had not made a wrong choice. In the future, he was confident they would become core members of the clan, especially if they continued to follow him.

With the [Light Step] Gu worm, Shi Feng could move roughly 30% faster. While it was not extraordinary, it would allow him to escape or chase enemies, making this Gu Worm a great weapon in his arsenal.

As for Tang Chi, it seemed like she really was talented at using the [Blood Stalker] Gu, having already refined it. There could only be two explanations for this: she was either very talented, or the Gu worm matched her especially well. In addition to the usefulness of the Gu worm, the [Blood Stalker] Gu worm was not expensive to feed, as it fed on its host's blood.

"What kind of Gu have you chosen?"

Although others did not know about it, Shi Feng and Tang Chi knew that their boss already had three Gu Worms: [Little Light Gu], [Moonlight Gu] and the [Liquor Worm]

"I have chosen the [Iron Skin] Gu. It will allow me to turn my skin into iron. Although it has the awkward disadvantage of reducing my mobility when activating it, it also has very high defensive properties. The instructors were mostly retired rank 1 Gu Masters, of middle, upper or peak stage.
