Davien's P. O. V

"That's exactly what he said. He's in the bathroom right now and he won't even be in the same room with me willingly." I said over the phone to Carol, staring at my reflection in my closet's mirror.

I was literally in the closet.

"What's wrong? You said he needed my pheromones for the pregnancy."

"And he does, but just not right now. His condition is as a result of the surgery. You see, from my exam the other twin was taking up the larger part of Kian's womb and feeding off his nutrients. Whilst the second twin was sort of compressed, the way I see it, the child is weak, too weak to accept your pheromones."

I grew worried, I definitely didn't like the sound of what was being said and what it meant for both Kian and the child.

Carol went on to explain, "In time, the child will get used to it, but right now you cannot under any circumstance release your pheromones around him."
