This is my second review for this novel, because my frist one didn't do the novel justice.
After reading up to chapter 170 I have to recommend you this! It's hard to undestand, that this novel isn't ranked higher...
The novel is obviously mainly focused on comedy, which strongly reminds me of Cultivation Chat Group.
BUT it's not using the same jokes or character personalitys , it has it's own unique touch.
Translation:
The translation is far better than most novels of similar genres (obv. mtl). There are errors but they are few and far in between. It does not affect the flow of reading in any way. They don't switch between the name of realms or use the wrong pronoun/gender.
Updates:
No problems at all. Pretty frequent.
Story develoment:
As mentioned above the story has a heavy focus on comedy with many mini arcs, wich are all unique, enjoyable and funny. You notice the author is having fun writing it and makes it really interesting. As a fellow review said: spontaneous, random and witty. Problems are solved in unexpected ways that go against the norm. Cultivation realms are almost standard: Qi refining, Foundation Building, Colden core etc. But there are exception which play a focus in one of the arcs i really enjoyed.
Character design:
Well, frankly I love them all. Everyone has a "special" personality which contributes to the story. Especially the sect of the mc, which outsiders regard as a bunch of weirdos and they really are :D
From Elders, disciples to sect master, they are all unique in their own way. No stereotype or annoying charecters. Everyone is pretty chill, no arrogant young master, no heaven defying beauty trope.
World Background:
It's pretty simple and easy to understand. The author gave a broad overview of the world. But till now the storys focus lays on only one part of the continent with many others to discover (other races, powers etc.). I don't want to spoiler, but the reason why the world is how it is is still not explained; the author only gave a little teaser (connected to the main storyline).
Well thats it, thanks for reading and sorry for my grammar, I'm no natives speaker :)
