I wouldn’t be surprised if they find a cure eventually or that the blessing from the ancestor was a way for them to cure them that was just waiting for the right set of twins to appea.
It would be incredible if the two of them found a way to cure all the twins, and came together to end this family, because, heavens, they have no peace...
