As soon as Azula finished devouring the heart, a sharp pain sliced through her abdomen, causing her to wail loudly. The sound was animalistic, echoing through the now silent cell.

Doubling over, she clenched her stomach tightly as nausea overwhelmed her. Then, with a violent heave, she began to expel everything she had consumed, blood and flesh mingling together and splattering onto the ground in a grotesque display.

Just when Azula thought she was done, another wave of nausea hit her, and she involuntarily retched once more. This time, a sizable chunk of the heart she had consumed came back up, followed by a belch of relief at the end. Finally, the ordeal seemed to pass, leaving Azula feeling drained but strangely relieved.
