With the other three blood mutants already engaging with the alien creatures, Ace decided to join in on the fight. Unlike the others, he decided to attack with only his blood mutant powers and certain parts of his body transformed just for his safety.

Partial transformation provided him with protection and increased energy in his attacks. Blood Sprint allowed him to move faster than his normal speed and Blood Weapon gave him the liberty to create as many weapons as he could using nothing else but blood, whether his own or that of the creatures he'd kill.

To further help him in the battle, he also decided to use the system scan skill on the creatures to get a better understanding of what they were, their strengths, and their weaknesses.
