A/N: so I was just doing this for fun to pass the time, but then it got to 800 words and I decided fuck it, I'll just get some more people in here and make it into a chapter. Also, I was gonna do a bit more at the start so it was like we were clicking through files, but idk how to do that, so just imagine we're watching over the shoulder of a PRT worker who's preparing a report on the clowns)

Lusia came from a broken home, her father left to join the [REDACTED] cult when she was 13. She is naturally manipulative (see: Page 23) and has developed an obsession with hedonism. She started as a Villain in Columbus, Ohio, with her first outing being noted as the 1st of November, 2007 (see: Page 19).

Since then, she has travelled around Northern America, seemingly randomly, causing general chaos wherever she goes and revelling it.

Founded a network of Parahumans (see: Clowns). Notably joined the Slaughterhouse Nine some time around the start of April, 2008.

She is a cannibal. this is likely power induced.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

A very sentimental person.*****

Her only desire seems to be the generation of 'entertainment', for herself or others she deems 'fun', to which she believes someone else must suffer. This psychosis is not power induced, but could have been enhanced by her Trigger.

She is noted to be sexually confident and active, often manifesting in a flirtatious personality that is also incredibly manipulated, as confirmed by [REDACTED]. She does not seem to be possessive, believing in liberty or that anything is ok, so long as it is 'fun'.

Generally receptive to negotiations, unless a strong Parahuman is present, in which case she would prefer to fight. She is both Sadistic and Masochistic and she gets bored quickly, resulting in frequent travels.

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀:

Her body produces special cells (see: Rc Cells) from a unique organ (see: Kakuhou) which function similarly to stem cells. These cells can form into specific shapes (see: Kagune) of which she has exhibited a total of four(4) unique and reoccurring appendages.

One shares similarities to a pair of wings and is capable of firing projectiles, enough to blanket a street, though rarely used. Another covers her arms, giving long claws and a long blade protruding from the elbow. Another produces six(6) distinct and identical ribbon-like tentacles. The final is a thick tail that can split into potentially hundreds of independent smaller versions.

She can regenerate any wound nearly instantly, even regrowing a whole head. If her limbs are cut off, they will first reach out to reattach themselves, if this process is interrupted, a new limb will grow instead. This regeneration seems to have a limit. The limit is unknown.

She can see in the dark and has enhanced senses, likely enough to hear or smell someone from at least one(1) block away. Possibly able to sense when she is being watched.

She has some level of power immunity, lessening power induced effects. Resistant enough to survive Behemoth's kill zone (see: [REDACTED]).

She has displayed the ability to detach her Kagune and control them remotely.

She has shown some kind of personal electricity manipulation, seen sparking, followed by moving far faster than before, also using it to light a cigarette with a snap of her fingers.

Her long list of abilities is likely derivative of some kind of Trump rating. It is unknown how exactly it works. It is likely that she can gain a variant of a Parahuman's powers after consuming them (see: [REDACTED]).

The powers she gains through this method seem to be used as extensions for her original one, rather than whole new powers.

She is also incredibly socially competent, able to understand social dynamics and personalities with ease, and to manipulate them to her own needs.

When pushed, she is capable of forming an 'armour' (see: Kakuja) of her Rc Cells around her body. This boosts her durability and general physical abilities greatly.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

Avoid engagement at all costs. If not possible, negotiation is advised.

*As she is capable of forming and detaching her Kagune to set up traps, she has been given a Tinker rating.

Second generation immigrant. He lost his family and all of his possessions by the time he was a teenager, Triggered some time in his youth. He proceeded to give up his name, identifying as Jinx, after which he bounced between various groups, from independent Hero teams to gangs.

Every group he has joined ended up dissolving or kicking him out, until he was approached by a woman (see: Tear) who convinced him to adopt the cape persona of 'Fool' while he was living in Columbus, Ohio.

He has since then spent most of his time working on his website (see: FoolsNet) and working as an information broker.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

Before taking the name 'Fool' he was noted to be depressive and lethargic, rarely leaving his bar. He has since become the opposite.

He is flamboyant, and expresses a great deal of showmanship, exaggerating his movements and tone of voice, often adopting a playful and self-deprecating speech pattern.

He seems to enjoy watching the misfortune of others.

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀:

He has stated that his power is 'the spreading of misfortune' (see: Page 25) but it is unlikely his power is actually effecting causality.

His power is likely a large scale, possibly global*** or capable of bouncing off of connections, such as through video calls, telekinesis that effects the world without his direct control, manipulating things slightly to cause what seems like accidents.

It is possible his power has some degree of future sight to be able to make modifications that cause the most 'misfortune.'

Firearms are useless against him, as they will jam. Physical force is recommended, as he is not a Brute.

Orphaned at a young age, Lucy joined the Wards program in 2004, during which she developed a familial relationship with two of her fellow Wards (see: Root and Batman) as well as their Protectorate carer (see: Candy).

During an attack by the Slaughterhouse Nine during the former half of April, 2008 (see: Incident Report: GeaL-Cos260-0463-02JS>K) her 'adopted' family were all killed, resulting in a Second Trigger (see: Second Trigger).

She soon ended up joining the Slaughterhouse Nine, where she stayed until another member of the Slaughterhouse Nine (see: Tear) turned on it's leader (see: Jack Slash).

Supposedly, Lucy killed Shatterbird during the confrontation, later using Shatterbird's kill order bounty as a means to null her own, becoming the free citizen that she is now.

Now she spends her time as a traveller, touring America.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

Formerly upbeat, shy and cheerful, she is now aloof and apathetic. While she seems to now lack empathy, she still helps people out occasionally, with whatever they need, from providing CPR to a woman who had a heard attack (see: page 32) or helping an old man with his groceries (see: page 32).

Apathetic to most things, uncaring about socialising and having a dry and morbid sense of humour. Seems to simply be numb with life.

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀:

Originally a Striker power capable of 'Breaking'** anything she touches, as well as the area around the point of contact up to a two(2) metre diameter.

After Second Triggering, her power has become a Shaker power, having a radius of five(5) metres around her which she can 'Break.'

She can not pick and choose what she 'Breaks' and can activate her power seemingly without cooldown, countering all but the most potent regeneration.

Power's effect is [REDACTED] allowing it to pierce effects such as [REDACTED] which possibly is what allowed for the defeat of [REDACTED].

Edit: It is likely that Negante is a Tinker of some sort, as he has created a cure for HIV with the help of Dragon.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

The Red Hearts appeared after Tear (see: Tear) left Columbus, Ohio. Due to Tear's actions (see: Incident Report: OhoC-Cos0-1029-MpLNoP>T) there was a large power vacuum left in the city and a number of Parahumans banded together to form a new gang and take advantage of the vacuum.

Joker ended up as the leader, with King (see: Solomon) being his second.

In the following months, the Red Hearts have dominated the city's underworld and started spreading elsewhere, starting a new drug empire thanks to Joker's own creations.

Joker now has incredible amounts of influence, especially for how quickly it was gathered.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

Contradictory. He seems to switch between a very serious gang lord and an excitable child.

He dislikes being disrespected, and holds no compunctions against torturing even his own men if he feels that they deserve it. He is ruthless and unempathetic.

However he also seems to enjoy joking around, often laughs when he makes announcements, no matter how macabre the announcement.

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀:

Can create drugs, limitations and specifications unknown. Has invented three different forms of psychedelics, as well as a multitude of other drugs, which he has been selling nationally.

Is still young and can likely be subdued by any adult even without powers, however he seems to be constantly under the guard of Queen (see: Queen).

*The Clowns are not an official organisation, it is a colloquial term used in reference to the number of Parahumans that have banded together under Lusia Abel to form a network of connections.

**It is not confirmed that either the Red Hearts or Joker have any connection to the Clowns, but Joker does wear clown-like face paint and he lives where the founder of the Clowns (see: Tear) first appeared, so a connection is likely.

A/N: He~llo! Dear readers!

So, this isn't the kind of chapter I usually do, it doesn't even really have any story to it, though it does point out some things that I purposefully didn't exactly mention, because it's 1st person so some things are subtle, this chap is obviously a lot less subtle.

Also, I got the idea to write this cuz I was rereading when lusia meets butcher for the previous chap, and I found it funny how many powers she had to list for him, and then realised how comically long lusia's own list is lol, I'm not eve sure I got everything.

And keep in mind, this is what the PRT knows, so information might be missing or incorrect.

Let me know what you thought of this chap, cuz I don't plan on doing another like it, but if a lot of you comment that you'd like to see another, then I might. There are plenty of interesting characters I've created after all.

Maybe I'll start doing a profile at the end of a chapter every now and then?
