"Take my bread back." 

A girl said, holding his hands outstretched. The baker stood across the counter from him. Behind him was a row of shelves lined with loaves of bread. There were so many different kinds of pieces of bread in the shop, from the common wheat loaf to rye bread to multigrain bread and everything in between. 

"No, I won't give them back to you." The girl answered. She wore a grey dress that fell below her knees and had a short sleeve. Her hair was tied into a ponytail and her face was covered in freckles. 

"You took them without paying for them, young lady. Now pay me back for them." 

"I'm sorry, but I cannot pay you. Please forgive me." the young lady begged the man. 

The baker sighed. He was angry. But he wasn't going to chase this girl away like some thief. Instead, he walked over to the shelf where the bread was kept and picked out a couple of loaves. 

"I will pay please give her pieces of bread," the boy said
