Mental Opening.

(Quick Update. As some people know I have two accounts, this one God_OF_Wolves and my first account BlackSwordMan1234 with several fanfics between them. I am planning on going through some of my fanfics picking out a few of the best ones and continuing them after giving them a wash-up (Edit/rewrite).

Currently, I started on one I dropped 10 months ago. A Nikke Goddess of Victory Fanfic. And I might soon begin to plan out an original novel. I have been writing fanfics for three years and I might as well not let all the time I spent on it to go to waste. Also, I think the end of this Fanfic is close at hand(Relatively speaking).

Deep in the Void, Maulketh's Patron floated calmly with her eyes closed. The energies of the realm itself seemed to envelop and flow over her as she drifted calmly. That calm was broken when Maulketh's large frame ascended from bellow like some predator of the void.

He was currently in his human form as he was not allowed to use his Law or Symbols of power, only Aether and his body. He clenched his fist and gathered the energy of the Void before igniting it with Aether.

A shining orb of purple light condensed in the middle of his palm before he aimed it straight at her. A massive laser of Void and Aether surged toward her with enough force to destroy stars. However, she stepped to the side and dodged with ease.

"You lack power, imagination, or even a clue what it means to be a Void Born. You are a Dragon God who still has the mind of a human."

Maulketh froze as he never thought of himself as human. Not after all this time, so what did she mean? She walked toward him and pressed her finger against his forehead.

"You are still shackled by your mortal mind. You might be a being of Laws, and Dragon God in body, and soul, but your mind holds it all back."

Once again he could feel his pride, his rage, try to overtake him at the insult, but he controlled those emotions.

"I-"

He could not speak as he did not know how to answer that or change it. His mind had always been his, and being told to change it was not easy. Especially when he was not allowed to rely on his Law.

"Sit."

He sat down as instructed and she did the same.

"You need to open your mind. You are afraid of your mentality changing into something so alien that the human base at your core will barely matter in the long run. I can assure you that it will be fine.

To begin with, I will begin to teach you two of the most important things you to get past this. You still speak in a mortal language. Latin may be alright for mortal mages, but for you, it won't be enough.

It hinders you. You will learn the Tounge of The Void. If you are smart you will be able to make your own one day. Are you prepared to face madness head-on?"

Maulketh closed his eyes for a few moments before he nodded.

"I am."

She stood up and walked behind him. She reached out and wrapped her arms around his chest before bringing her mouth close to his ear and she spoke a single word.

M̷̨͉͖͖̲̝͓̫̺̹̫̪͍̆̈͂̀̆̾͆́g̶̼̞̲̘͍͔̹̲͇̻̰̤̯͌̋͛͂̌̃̾̓̌̂̎̈́͘̚͜ą̴̙̜̺͖̦͎͔͎͓̩͓̥̚h̷̛̭̥̏̀͆͋͋̉͂̓̾̂̈́̚̚̚ņ̸͚̖̻͚̯̘̮͓̾̕͝ͅn̸̻̗̦̮̳͖͈͗͛͌ņ̶̨̫̖̪̣̲͔̰̗̹̭͋̄̇͌̆̓̆̓

(Open)

The instant that word entered his ear, his mind seemed to split open. She let go of him as he let out a blood-curdling roar. He began thrashing like a mad beast as he began to dig his own growing claws into his head as he tried to keep his brain at peace.

Laevetine, Gram, and even Tyran fell comatose as whatever she had done did its work. His blood started to flow out of his eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and especially the wounds he caused to his own brain.

All the while his Patron watched as he already contained her personal Void Essence in his bloodline. His mind just needed a quick jumpstart to leave his mortal shell behind.

Currently, Maulketh's mind was being filled with memories from the small traces of her Void Essence that made its way into his bloodline. They were not overwriting his memories or anything of the sort, but it was something much worse.

Just simply knowing what was entering his mind would have driven any lesser creature mad in instants. But, his own mind was not falling apart as on its own the Law of Tyrrany took hold of his Aether and began to reinforce his mind with itself.

This set off a chain reaction between the new language that was being forced into his mind and Aether. A positive reaction as while his mind was still essentially being broken, it was also being repaired just as fast into something greater than even when backed by his Law.

The Void Goddess who had caused this pain in her spawn, felt mixed emotions at his roars and bellows of pain. One, she felt pain, she felt horrible hearing those enraged roars no proud Dragon should ever make.

And two, she felt guilty for causing him that pain, but she knew as long as he survived, becoming stronger than he was now would be all but guaranteed. She was going to close her eyes when she saw Maulketh begin to revert to his dragon form.

Just as before, he was a Tyrannical beast glowing a near-black-purple between the plates of living metal. He was a Demon Dragon God with a Law, but his existence was still limited by his origin as a human.

The way he thought was normal to him and anything outside of that was madness. But when one was born of the Void, their mental states were already way past madness. It was why forcing her body into this state was irritating.

She observed the process expecting that Maulketh's body would change or mutate, but that did not happen. Instead, she watched the vast streams of energy flow toward, around, and into Maulketh.

'Is he undergoing another Evolution? He has not undergone one in a while.'

She watched as oceans of energy were coiling around Maulketh as her diluted blood began to awaken. For a moment she was worried he would die as she did not use her blood when she did this. She used one hair's worth of energy from this vessel to enhance Maulketh's hearts when he became a being of Law.

Now, her slow investments since she found his soul were bearing fruit. For Maulketh, within the center of the cocoon formed by the Void's power, Aether burned all around him. From within his heart, Aether continued to grow in power and weight.

That Aether was ignited around Maulketh as they purified themselves with the buffet of energy found in the Void itself. At this point, Maulketh had stopped roaring in pain as he had turned effectively braindead for a few instances.

However, that mindless state did not last long, no more than 30 seconds, but when his mind recovered it was far from the same. It was different in a way he did not understand, but in fact, did.

To him, up was down, left was right, cold was hot, and madness and sanity were two sides of the same coin.

(Be devoured by the Lord of Tyrants.)

The instant those words were spoken, the Law of Tyranny surged from his body in a giant wave of oppressive power. Every trace of energy was devoured as if a black hole had passed by. All of it was combusted with Aether before it was devoured by his existence.

All the way his proud patron smiled as she had done her job. He needed to refine his combat style now, but she was all but patient in this meaningless existence of hers. She waited patiently for the changes to end which were quite fast compared to before.

Only an hour and when Maulketh stopped eating every trace of the void's energy in a 1,000-mile radius, he barely looked different. Maulketh's Law had grown to accept this as the form engraved onto his very soul.

The most noticeable thing was the sheer size he had grown under the blessing of the Void and his Aether forge. When he unfurled himself, he only had a few physical changes. On his forehead he grew a crystalline eye, he grew more spikes around his wings and joints, and his color had taken a much deeper purple.

But he was titanic now, still not as big as the dragon avatar his patron had taken, but still much bigger. He was 12 Miles from nose to tail and the sheer weight of his existence seemed to grow heavy.

Seeing the sight made her sigh in relief as even with all his power he could have gone totally mouth-frothing mad. It was a good thing that he was already insane because of his particular Law.

Maulketh took a deep breath as the Void began to fill in the empty space he had left behind. He closed his eyes as he took time to get a feel more of his new senses as he had new ones he could not explain with words.

He could warp reality before this, but now it seemed reality simply gave way for him as if afraid.

"It's odd isn't it?"

He nodded.

"It is."

When he opened his eyes he turned to her, but what he saw was different. He saw past this vessel of hers and laid eyes on the true being she was. An eldritch abomination that seemed to weigh on his mind to simply see.

Noticing this, she strengthened the veils put on herself to shield him from the view.

"I am sorry you had to see that my boy. It's not a pretty sight is it?"

"It's horrendous."

She smiled.

"You flatter me. Now that you have elevated yourself to being able to make use of your power it's time for you to refine that into your combat style. You have magic, lots of it, but you still use it through the dragon method.

Enforcing your will into reality works, but you would do well to learn the method of mages."

Maulketh recoiled as he disliked study, but if she said it it must work.

"I won't be teaching you that, that is for you to study. I will simply be an unbreakable wall for you to define yourself against. Are you up to the challenge my son?"

Maulketh seemed to shiver with an excited madness in his three eyes. At his sides, Gram, and Laevetine began to float. His left hand was covered in the Tyrant's Gear as he was pulling out all the stops this time.

'One with me'

Instantly, Maulketh was enveloped in a burst of light as he fused with his Symbols of Power. When the light dimmed down, he once again turned into a creature of living metal. He tensed his wings before he swooped down toward his new accepted parent.

She smiled with pride as he drew on the smallest tip of power her fledgling had much to learn, but she had nothing but time to give.

"Show me everything."

'I, the Dragon God of Tyranny order the Void to crush and scorn you.'

Within his Law and the Void Tounge, he had become even more dangerous. At his mere words, the void turned violent against his patron who beamed with pride at his attempt.

'm̷̡̡͉̥̘̪̲͉̥̺͚͍͍̅͛̎̉́̑̓g̴̨̱̳͎̣̠̀̈́͒̔̓'

'No'

With a simple thought, Maulket's attempt seemed to sputter out. Not being deterred, he spread out his wings as he channeled his law into his new crystal eye. The Law of Tyrrany was compressed down into an actual attack that smashed into her vessel.

The feeling was a new one, but that was not an attack. He teleported her in front of his open fist. She reached out and stopped his attack with a single finger and when she put a bit of pressure all the armor covering his arm shattered.

He gazed at the armor and repaired it with a thought.

'Undo and return

Instantly, the damage she caused him was repaired and the power she used against him surged into her own vessel. Of course, damaging her was a dream, but she considered this a win.

"In just a few moments you have begun to incorporate it into your fighting style. I wonder what you will be like in a millennium."

He smiled as he returned to his human form which as always remained as always.

"Another training session? I am starting to feel like most of my life is spent training."

"It's better to train than to end up dead. Like against an Omnipotent Omniscient being like that Lucifer variant."

"Touche."

"Honestly, you will need way longer to even begin to hope to compete against the other original realms. You don't have me in them. The Abyss, Heaven, Hell, The Empty and The Origin, and my home of the Void."

Maulketh thought of them.

"6 original realms?"

She nodded.

"The Great Omniverses and existence are all what happens when the energies of one or multiple of the original realms touch. Some good, some bad, all that matters is that the 6 are the start of all things in existence."

He now had a question.

"If that is the case, who rules the Void?"

"Not me if that is what you wondering. I am just a god of the Void, nearly the strongest, but even I don't dare try to rule this place. Which brings me to the next point. The 6 Original Rulers of the Origin Realms still live. Remember their names well.

"Azazoth The Blind Idiot God for the Void. The Noiseless Nothing-Umh'aiozt'rosz of the Void. Obviously Yahweh and Lucifer of Hell. The True God and Lucifer. As for the Nothing and the Origin, I don't know. No one does."

Maulketh remembered those names as they would one day be in his belly. Hearing his thoughts, made her reach out and pull his cheeks hard.

"You truly are insane. You can't hope to match me and you are thinking of eating the original rulers. I may have broken you."

He chuckled as she let go of him.

"No, I was already mad, because I can't stand the idea of having a being above me."

"Then, let's get started. If that is your goal, be ready for a painful road as many before you have."

"I am ready."
