Once Dr. Gotham gave half of his soul to his patron Barbatos, the Bat God sent over the absolute limit of what the vessel could hold. Now, the darkness that was radiating from the Warlock was magnitudes stronger than before.
The darkness began to spread out through the Soul Marble like a dark gas.
"You may be a Dragon, but you are nothing compared to Lord Barbato's fake god. Now-"
"I don't care."
Suddenly, Maulketh's giant fist smashed down where he stood. Maulketh's body was refined to be a perfect killing machine even when he was still made of flesh and blood. Now, his body was recreated from his Concept pushing him to new extremes.
Maulketh vanished from the sight of Dr. Gotham who did not think a giant beast like Maulketh could move that fast. But here in his Soul Marble, Maulketh was at his strongest. His massive fist smashed down where the Warlock stood flattening him.
All the bones in his body shattered and his flesh burst apart barely clinging to his skeleton. But with the power of Barbatos flowing through him he regenerated in mere moments. He tried to get up, but Maulketh was just starting.
He pulled back his other arm and landed a second blow to the Warlock reducing him to just a smear of flesh. Over and over, Maulketh landed blow after blow to the Warlock each time nearly destroying his physical body, but the Warlock regenerated each time. But Maulketh was patient to the extreme and he continued to attack with nothing, but his physical strength.
Each time the Warlock's immortal body healed back to its perfect form, but the Warlock still felt pain. The feeling of being nearly atomized by a Dragon God over and over caused the Warlock an unending feeling of agonizing pain.
"STOP IT!"
A wave of power radiated from the poodle of flesh on the ground that pushed Maulketh back. The warlock's monstrous body reformed and he was madder than ever.
"I WILL RIP OUT Y-"
Before he could finish, the rain froze into ice and stabbed him all over. The cocktail of acids and poisons powered by Divine Energy began to flow through his body. Using the idea of Ddraig's ever-burning flames and Albion's Soul erasing venom as one created this deadly cocktail.
The Warlock screamed in agony as everything in this horrible world was made to kill. Lightning blasted him over and over as every cloud acted like a living predator. If that was it, the Warlock could deal with it, but Maulketh was here.
The giant Dragon flew into the sky to chase after the Warlock.
"YOUR MINE!"
The Warlock's Immortality was keeping him from dying, but the toxins flowing through his body refused to leave him. His soul which had over time absorbed the energies of the Dark Multiverse was unique.
It was safe from harm from the beings of the Prime Multiverse. The Warlock sneered as no matter how much his physical body was brought to the brink, his soul would never die. He flapped his wings and charged against Maulketh who extended his claws.
With a roar, Maulketh sliced toward the Warlock who pulled his fist back and punched the crossing giant claws expecting them to shatter. But just when his right arm met those claws, they began to ociolate at an odd frequency.
Instead of Maulketh's claws breaking, Dr. Gotham lost his entire right arm and more. But just as Maulketh was passing him, his giant tail blade did the same and sliced off his head.
'Huh?'
The Warlock was supposed to heal right away, but something was wrong. Maulketh stopped flying to turn around. The Warlock was regenerating, but several times slower.
Maulketh flew down slowly until he was a small distance away from the Warlock.
"Trouble healing?"
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME!?"
Maulketh was not going to answer.
"Not your business."
The simple answer was, that when Maulketh was raining hits on him, his Soul Marble had been devouring the flesh that was left behind. His Soul Marble was beginning to create a method to finish off the Warlock.
"Divine Booster times 10."
Maulketh's power was instantly elevated over 1,000 times over. But this did not just effect Maulketh, it even affected the Soul Marble causing it to become 1,000 times more deadly than before.
All the creatures became stronger, the conditions worsened, becoming deadly to those not native to the
and he even began to drain the Warlock of his own power. Dr. Gotham screamed as his body was being kept together by the powers of Barbatos which were now being drained by Maulketh's Soul Marble.
The clouds began to strike Maullketh over and over as he drew in the lightning. Each of his back spikes, his claws, tail, and horns channeled all that power into his jaws. When all this power was flowing through Maulketh's body he opened his giant jaws a giant orb of Divine Lightning formed.
The Warlock dropped his cane as his arms crackled with Barbatos' lightning.
"DIE!"
He held his hands out as Maulketh blasted all that gathered lightning toward Dr. Gotham. When his lightning and the one of the Warlock clashed, Maulketh's instantly prevailed. As a human mage, Dr. Gotham had a limit on how much of Barbato's power he could draw.
Meanwhile, Maulketh had no such limit as all his power came from him. The giant ray of lightning struck the Warlock and atomized his physical form. The only thing left was his soul which was only half of its original.
The soul seemed unaffected by the blast of lightning at first, but slowly shards of it began to burn off. When Maulketh stopped his attack, the warlock's body reformed, but slower than ever. Not willing to wait for the Warlock he just wanted dead, Maulketh clasped his giant clawed hands together.
Divine Energy fused with the power of the Void from his soul began to gather together in his hands. The Warlock reformed and kneeled over as his soul was in pain. His soul should have been invulnerable because he had promised it to Barbados.
And yet this Dragon actually harmed his already hurt soul. It should have been impossible, but Maulketh did it anyway.
'Where did he come from?'
Suddenly he felt an increase in danger. He looked toward Maulketh and saw that in his hands, Maulketh now had a spinning black void. He had created a singularity or better known as a black hole.
"REND HIS FLESH!"
Maulketh pulled his hand back and threw the spinning orb toward the Warlock. The warlock forced himself to his feet as he drew in on his magic powers. He teleported away forcing past the law of Maulketh's Soul Marble for a split second.
But the Blackhole teleported with him and struck him in the chest. In moments his body and soul were drawn into the black hole where he was assaulted by the powers of the void. Gravity and Time assaulted his form over and over causing even more damage to his wounded soul.
Maulketh flew toward his singularity and held it in his hands. His Concept and Divine Energy flowed into the black hole compressing it further. The strength of the spinning singularity became even stronger as the warlock was torn apart over and over inside.
'LORD BARBATOS! SAVE ME! TAKE MORE OF MY SOUL! I SWEAR TO SERVE!'
In the back of his mind, the Warlock heard mad cackling.
'No.'
The Warlock screamed as Maulketh compressed the black hole to new extremes.
"NOW YOU DIE!"
Maulketh laughed a mad laugh as he exploded the black hole in his hands along with the warlock's soul and the power Barbatos had given him. This pure energy was collected by Maulketh into a small orb in his right hand.
He grinned and opened his mouth. He tossed the orb into his mouth. Instantly he felt his Concept of Tyrrany actually struggle to assimilate this power. This had not happened to him before, so he simply returned to his human form splitting from Leavatine.
He landed on the ground of his Soul Marble and began to sit. Just as he did a throne formed for him on which he closed his eyes and fell asleep. All around him the natives of this terrible reality, gathered around their master as guards.
But they were not alone, as Ddraig, Albion, and even Grimnar who had finished his evolution materialized. Ddraig and Albion were once, not too large at 60 and 50 meters long before.
But as Maulketh had ascended into a Dragon God, they had been feeding off the Divine Power he radiated from his soul. Both had tripled in size and had become far stronger. But Grimnar who appeared was the most impressive.
He had finished his evolution and unlike Ddraig and Albion, he had crossed over the border into a Dragon God. His size was still not too large as he was just 250 meters long, but he had become bigger than Astrid at least.
His new body was formed of Divine Energy and everything about him look more noble. His black fur shinned and glimmered like Divine steel, the scales that were under his fur were stronger than any alloy, and his three sets of eyes glowed different colors.
When Grimnar appeared here, Ddraig chuckled.
[Who would have guessed that a small Hellhound would become such a beast?]
{Tell me about it, and he can't even speak.}
Grimnar curled around his master to protect him and so did the rest of the creatures here. Slowly, but surely Maulketh's concept began to drain the power from the Warlock into a usable form.
His lightning affinities began to grow stronger, while his body was also upgraded and refined to be even stronger. But the biggest gain from all this was how his Concept of Tyranny began to devour the residual energy of Barbatos to upgrade itself.
The Bat God tried to force Maulketh into becoming his new vessel, through the power he was absorbing, but he was repelled. Maulketh was not using his power in its raw form, he was refining it into something usable and safe.
But his Concept of Tyrrany was actually becoming stronger, causing Maulketh to get stronger. Already Barbatos saw Maulketh as a threat as he was not from this reality, he was free from certain rules and limitations.
Barbatos looked away to continue his nefarious plans. As for Maulketh, time passed by as he slept. It was a good thing that he always had Time Dilations on his Bounded Fields, this Soul Marble was no exception.
But he did not sleep very long, only 12 days before he had fully devoured the soul of the Warlock. When he awoke, he took a deep breath as he felt far stronger. His Concept of Tyrrany felt more complete, and everything else about him seemed to be taken to new extremes.
[How do you feel?]
Maulketh looked up at Ddraig who was looking down at him.
"Stronger than ever, you should have felt it as well."
Maulketh looked around and saw all the creatures of this world lower their heads. He looked behind him and saw the three sets of eyes Grimnar looking at him with pure love.
"Glad to have you back buddy. Now, to address all of you. You all were at first just figments of my dream, of a battle that never ended. But now, you are as real as I am, and someday, you shall all have your chance to rampage to their heart's desire."
Instantly a company of different creatures, beasts, and monsters roared to the sky. Even one being released in the real world would be seen as a deadly threat, but here Maulketh had billions of them.
And every day, the weak were killed and eaten while the strong got even stronger. The ones that were here now, were the survivors and the strong. Maulketh grinned as he looked at the giant army formed inside of his Soul Marble.
"All in due time."
