The Functions of Elders

In Aeryon tribe, his word is the law. 

And no Elder could circumvent his will. He is like Emperor of Yan with all power of laws concentrated on him .

Elders of course is not like the ministers in the Yan empire. 

They could offer advice but they could not force the Chief to listen to their bidding. 

But most chief at least respected the Elders and would listen to them once in a while.

Sometimes, there are even tribes that have internal problem because the authority of the Elders is even stronger than the chief. 

However, that is not the case for the Brolgadhr tribe. Like a galloping horse, this is a tribe that is rising to prominence. 

And life, vitality is strong in this tribe. 

In Brolgadhr tribe, there is two factions of Elders. 

There is the Brolgadhr Elders. 

This is the Elders of Brolgadhr that was before the Conquest. They are also Aeryon uncles and relatives all having the title of the Elders.
