Ice can exert dominance over Water freezing it. When Light exerts dominance over Ice, it can alter its (Light's) characteristics giving Light the ability to alter its path or to diffract into multiple spectrums of Light. It is for this reason that Ayes is known as the Magnifier Of Alpha's Light. Heat can also exert dominance over Ice, melting it. When Ice exerts dominance over Wind, it can expand the range of its force.
