Chapter 29 - Schematics and Improvements

As the night passed, Adrian continued to work tirelessly on his creations. He looked at the one hundred puppets standing in front of him; he had created ten more puppets, and right now twenty-five puppets had permanent jobs, and he smiled, feeling a sense of pride at what he had accomplished so far. However, he knew that there was still much work to be done.

He also appointed another leader named Davian.

"Tonight we will be creating a workshop for tool creation," Adrian announced to the assembled puppets. "We will need tools for farming and building, and we will make them ourselves. I want you to gather the necessary materials and start construction at once."

The puppets nodded in unison and immediately set to work, gathering wood and other materials from the surrounding area. Within a few hours, they had constructed a small but functional workshop, complete with anvils, forges, and all the necessary tools.

Adrian looked at the workshop with satisfaction, knowing that it would be a valuable addition to his growing settlement. He then turned to the puppets and said, "Well done. Now let us continue our work and make this land prosper."

Adrian looked at the workshop and nodded.

Adrian knew that in just two days, another trading caravan would arrive in Black Copper Town. He realized that this was the perfect opportunity to sell some of their produce and purchase the necessary materials for faster production.

"Listen closely, my puppets," Adrian commanded. "When the caravan arrives, we will sell our food and purchase metal materials and tools. This will allow us to produce at a faster rate and make our land prosper even more."

The puppets nodded in agreement, eager to carry out their creator's wishes. However, Adrian knew that there was still much he did not know, as he was not familiar with many of the tools and techniques used in production.

"Furthermore," Adrian continued, "I want you to purchase schematics for simple things. I do not know how to build most of the things in my mind, but with the help of these schematics, we can learn and improve."

The puppets nodded once again, and Adrian could see the determination in their eyes. He knew that they were ready to take on any challenge that lay ahead, and he felt a sense of pride in their unwavering loyalty.

With these orders given, Adrian watched as his puppets went back to work, eager to continue building and improving their settlement.

Adrian sat on a stool outside and looked around after his orders were finished."I believe I am going to need more guards to protect the place all the time."

Adrian was no fool; he is aware that there are people out there who would like to have ill intentions towards them. In the end, without good protection of his place and good intelligence gathering, he will likely get ambushed. He thought about these things and nodded.

"I will appoint permanent guards around the town to patrol all the time for protection and intelligence gathering."

As he thought about these things, his rabbit was cooked, and he started eating it with a great appetite. Everything went according to his plans. He feels that he is improving in terms of soul energy every second. One day or two days, he will improve and have more capability as a creator.
