power scaling is way off some bandits have similar stats to Madara when the power scale of the world is a lot lower, then otsutsukis are brought in which makes it a multiversal story not just black clover. also it should be impossible for otsutsukis to go across multiverses they are just too weak. dimensions yes universes maybe multiverses nah
