"Then that damnable Dirt Eater convinced her to run away, poisoned her and stole her away from me," Aria growled out; beads of water seemingly floating around her. "I would've understood it if he was at least as capable as you and Lise, but he couldn't even begin to fight me off!"

 

I almost drew my sword as Aria suddenly stood up from her seat, her face snarling as her eyes bore a manic hatred. What I thought was simply a trick in the light was now fully visible as a swirl of water erratically orbited her body, her hands flailing madly at her anger.

 

"Dame Maira didn't deserve to be defiled by such filth! She didn't deserve to be stripped of her status due to that coward's actions!" the former Primzahl cried out, faint tears trailing out of her eyes before joining the rest of the water flowing around her. "She wouldn't have betrayed us if it weren't for that man, and she wouldn't have left me if... if...."
