Hello, my dear readers!
I hope you are in good health and trouble-free. This is your favorite author, Siegburn, greeting you once more.
Once again, we find ourselves in this situation: ending another of my novels. It saddens me greatly to say goodbye to a work, but what saddens me more is that, once again, it's due to a third party that I have to do so.
The novel of the Black Hero ended because OneDrive deleted the document, and it synchronized on my PC. Well, this time it's worse: Word saved it, and Microsoft, in its "I don't know what I'm doing with my life" moment, decided to delete the content because there was a virus. And it was in the original document. Imagine how devastated I am because I can no longer trust my computer to save documents. I have no choice but to use text files and even a CD to save my information; I feel worse than handing my fingerprints to a Chinese company.
Anyway, crying doesn't solve anything. I hope that, even though it was short and a bit rushed, but made with much love, you enjoyed this story.
Now, I will share details about the characters I didn't mention, their closure, basically.
To start, there were about 25 volumes, with the last one supposed to have around 1000 pages, as you saw, the final battle was in the very cosmos. I always wanted to write such an epic battle, because I told you so myself. My stories are like the meme of "level 1: gather herbs" to reach "level 100: fight against the dead god."
The first character whose cycle we will close is Zelzeus. As you saw, Zelzeus was one of the main characters who had little appearance in the story. But he was always going to appear, as his past would be told in all the volumes. His past is based on various historical situations; for example, he was the brother of the king of Uruk, Gilgamesh, and was present at the universal flood that took place here. Then it would follow the burning of the Library of Alexandria, the fall of Rome, the birth of Jesus Christ, up to the world wars and ending everything in World War III in the year 2050, where all humanity died and a new cycle began, causing Zelzeus to end up in hell. He, as a character, is the first to fulfill a main role and, at the same time, to be the final villain. Regulus sinned from ignorance and blindness instead of religious fanaticism.
Now it's his turn. Regulus, as the story progressed, unlocked the number in his head that told him the level of the Sword God he was. That level was unlocked through the danger of threats hard to overcome, up to level 100, which was a signal for Regulus that he had conquered the planet, taken its memories, and observed everything while destroying the world as a form of entertainment. It wasn't shown much, but Regulus, throughout what should have been the story, went through various moments, from sad to joyful. He made many allies, many of whom died in the final war. He also had a large harem, consisting of almost the entire female cast. As a spoiler, Regulus's harem was larger than Razel's, the protagonist of my otome novel. However, Regulus wasn't into the mother-daughter combo much, unlike Razel, who is into everything that is female and 50% human; being alive is mandatory, being a virgin is optional. Regulus's swords are the souls of the sister goddesses who died in the war 8000 years ago against the great demon king. Naturally, Regulus received sermons and anger from Mary about the number of women he had, even when his mother ended up pregnant a year before the final war. I hope you liked this, as he is my first protagonist and main character to die. I generally don't plan to kill them, as there is no reason, but in this case, it was for the sake of the plot. Regulus became the Supreme Sword God, which is why he decided to protect humanity, the beings he loves, from any threat. Essentially, Regulus got the ending Razel would have if his author hated him a lot.
Now, let's move on to Mary. She is the reincarnation of one of the six sister goddesses, who are worshiped by different countries. Mary is the reincarnation of Noel; all of Regulus's harem are reincarnations of the sisters, and interestingly, all had a mother with Shannon's face, which I will mention soon. Mary is also a disciple of the Saint of Kicks, one of the Thirteen Heroes who fought alongside the goddesses to save the world. These heroes became spirits and took forms that only a human or a living being would feel comfortable seeing, and thus convincing them to be their disciple. Mary gained the ability not only to deliver powerful kicks capable of breaking mountains but also to fly and even create light swords, which she can use as a trampoline to jump higher and be surrounded as if they were wings. She had a daughter named Marie, who in the future will be a brilliant alchemist, as thanks to Alice, she developed an obsession with creating things, including finding a way to bring her father back, as she didn't like seeing her mother cry in front of his grave.
Shannon, on the other hand, is a minor character. From volume 5 to almost the end, she doesn't appear because she stayed at home; many girls consider her their mother because of the affection she gives them. She has only one child with Regulus, named Brad. He will inherit his obsession with swords, and that will make them happy because they will see that Regulus is more alive than ever. Alice, in the future, will revive her country and use the mage god Alzel's curtain to attack other countries and steal resources, all with Regulus's knowledge. After creating that country, they receive a large-scale attack from the four empires that govern the continent. Many died, including the dark elf Lidvia, whom I will discuss later. Alice fell into depression and understood that playing with fire has consequences. Regulus supports her in her sadness, and they declare war on those countries; that's why they manipulate problems in the kingdom to go to war. They go to war because the king's uncle is somewhat psychopathic and supports conflicts; that's why he wasn't given the crown. In the final battle, Alice kills the imperial heir and ends up badly wounded, being saved by Mary. In the end, she remains living in the kingdom she created again but ceded the throne to someone deserving. She had two twin daughters, named Lilith and Lilim; both will be high-profile adventurers, as they were able to stop even a tidal wave.
The dark elf Lidvia comes from a clan hated by everyone, as they swore allegiance to the demon king. She was also part of that group of crazies, but when she was captured, she lost her memory. In the middle of the novel, she would reunite with her sister, who tried to kill her, and then remembered everything. She sought to eliminate those who interfered with the demon king's path and died just before stabbing Regulus. She, like many characters, was sent to hell.
Luvia is someone who doesn't appear much, unlike Alice, as Luvia is working in the kingdom, creating magical defenses and basic items. She briefly had a duel with the emperor, an epic fight in which she unleashed all her magic and created a black hole that was only destroyed by itself, almost killing her. Half of her body was destroyed, but thanks to Emma, she was saved; I will explain that later. In the end, she had a son with Regulus just before the war. Her son is named Axel and is identical to his mother, even in his antisocial tendencies. She lives with Alice but always visits Mary.
Cedric is another character who dies sadly. He is the first of several characters to fight against the emperor, who was basically a killing machine. Cedric comes from a family cursed by the witch queen, who has her own arc. She is killed, and he becomes human again, but thanks to Alice, he returns to being a wolf because he cannot protect anyone. By then, Regulus was agonizing from a fight against the Sword Saint of the empire. Cedric took his place and died, but not before destroying one of the pillars the emperor had on his back, which granted him an infinite amount of magical power. In the end, Regulus reincarnates as a young farmer in a humble family near where Mary lives.
The goddess Elria is part of the seraphim who watched over the god of that world, which was a dragon. She fought against that dragon because it had plunged the world into chaos. She won, but her sisters died in the battle. Elria looks a lot like Shannon, as she is a vessel of her power, which is why each sister goddess was born from a woman with a face similar to Shannon's.
And finally, Russell. Throughout the novel, he and Regulus develop a relationship that evolves from strangers to friends, then to brothers, and finally, to seeing each other as father and son. Russell, after leaving the empire to venture, ended up on a southern Japanese-style island, where he grew up and was raised. His master did not accept disciples, but since Russell was his responsibility, he accepted him. He had a disciple brother named Kangaku, who was very kind, but over time, the one who was thought to be talented was marked as mediocre. Kangaku killed his master because he gave a sacred treasure of the country to Russell.
Then, he killed the master and blamed Russell so that he would be punished. Russell fled and, years later, returned to exact his revenge. By then, the country was in the midst of a civil war since the celestial emperor had died without leaving an heir. There were many battles, and in the end, Russell took his revenge and installed a girl named Yoruka as empress. She is also one of the reincarnated goddesses.
Russell survived the final battle but was killed by Zelzeus. The goddess Elria granted him part of her power, and he was resurrected as the God of Trust. He fought against Zelzeus again but died once more, though he managed to make Regulus, who was in a state of near-death, react and confess his love as family. In the end, Russell was revived and, along with Mary, was deeply mourned. He ended up in a wheelchair and opened a dojo in the same village where Mary lived. Regulus's children call him "uncle," and Mary's daughter is determined to help him walk again, giving him plenty to work towards.
Now, let's move on to the other characters.
Gram is a survivor from a village destroyed by demons. He and his childhood friend survived and were rescued by Tyler. However, the friend didn't actually survive; it was all a figment of his mind. In reality, he had pushed her to gain speed and escape, and the guilt eats away at him, so he can never forgive himself. In the fight against the Demon King's army, he discovers his lie and dies while freezing the entire army to the pillar of fire, whose flame never went out. Upon dying, he meets his friend, who forgives him after seeing him cry. They say their goodbyes and go to heaven together. Gram reincarnates and becomes a knight who vows never to let the weak be harmed.
Tyler is a character who dies halfway through the novel after it is revealed that he is a deserter from the island where Russell lived. He had a son, but the boy died at the hands of a bear. In the future, that son will become Hades, and they fight until Gram kills him. Tyler considers himself useless because he knows the problems and crises in the kingdom and does nothing about it. He doesn't reincarnate because he believes he doesn't deserve a second chance.
Roxy is another of the reincarnations. She belongs to a lineage of female knights. She hates men because they see her as weak, but in the future, she will fall in love with Regulus. She is the only girl with yandere and repulsive harassment tendencies. She survives and has a daughter, Penny, who will continue the family lineage. It's worth noting that Roxy was a lesbian because she hated men; she tried several times to kiss Mary but never succeeded. Kudos to Regulus for winning her heart.
Julie is a minor character who survives and continues working for the count. The count does not die but discovers who Regulus really was and stops speaking to his family.
Rose, in addition to becoming Mary's best friend, is another of the reincarnations. She is also a disciple of the Saint of the Whip and can create a whip that generates electric shocks. She falls in love with Regulus because of Mary. They have a son named Phillys, but his father does not recognize him, though he does take care of him.
The principality's sisters are manipulated into going to war. The elder sister orders the war, and when Regulus arrives to kill her, Cloe intervenes. Cloe dies to save her sister. It is then revealed that Rachelle is another of the sister goddesses and will spend her days honoring her younger sister.
Now, let's move on to the royal family.
The royal family hides many dirty secrets, and their image becomes tainted. To begin with, the king's uncle is a corrupt man who accepts bribes to overlook crimes. He also has a penchant for young girls, which almost led to Mary being his victim. This brings a reference to Licht from the Otome novel: Regulus disguises himself as Alzel and goes to kill him. He fights Tyler without Tyler knowing and kills the king's uncle. After that, the king becomes enraged because ever since he gave Regulus the title, he feels that only bad things happen to him, including discovering that he is secretly homosexual and therefore couldn't have a son. Gradually, he loses respect and sanity and decides to conspire against the principality, handing over the kingdom in exchange for a son. He ends up dying by his own hand.
The queen pretended to be a good wife but was actually a libertine. She would ask younger and more gifted knights to please her as if they had never seen a woman before. The problem was that she was manipulated by a member of the Black Rose, which also caused a conflict with the nobles. In the end, she dies along with all the members of the Black Rose when they summon the Black God.
The eldest daughter was a sadist who enjoyed torturing small animals. One day, she married the empire's heir, Walt, and during a war, they are killed by a Lovecraft creature known as Dagon. I won't go into details.
The second princess greatly enjoyed orgies, like her mother, but she was more promiscuous, as she did it with older men. She tried to seduce Russell, but he rejected her. She had him imprisoned but was rescued by her younger sister. Afterward, a mini-war occurred, and the younger sister asked Regulus to kill her. The princess was traumatized and lives in a monastery forever. She had no dark deeds, but her life lost all meaning. Today, she is happy.
Emma is one of the most relevant and important characters. She is the first to run and cry for Regulus, but he doesn't recognize her. She tries to make him remember, but she doesn't succeed. She is another reincarnation and the sacred maiden of the Holy Kingdom who is born every 1000 years. In the end, she receives a son from Regulus because Mary asked her to do so. She named the child Luke and lives happily. Luke's family also lives happily and knows that Emma will be happy.
Fredman becomes the Black God, as he was a Lovecraft being known as Cthulhu. His fight destroyed almost the entire kingdom, but he was defeated.
Esther and her father survive. The king started fighting with the duke over trivial reasons and eventually proclaimed that the duchy would separate from the kingdom and form its own kingdom.
The theocracy actually worshiped a pagan god whose name I cannot mention; you know who it is; it's the most important one. That place was destroyed by the emperor.
The dragon was always a demigod which could not become one, Regulus attacks them and the cardinals merge with the dragon becoming a twelve-headed dragon, he defeats them by unlocking level 60.
The empire declares war on the world and attacks all countries. The great nobles become monsters and die.
The emperor's children are three: the first and second princes are the most important. The first has everything in his favor, while the second promises things that will happen when he wins. The third has an incurable disease, but he is given armor in which he will live and become a Saint of the Sword. All die fighting.
The emperor was an early creation of Zelzeus, meaning he made him before Regulus, but he did not remember. The emperor tests Regulus's blood and understands everything. He presents evidence of his mind, revealing everything. He dies fighting against him, and thanks to his death, level 100 is unlocked.
Well, dear readers, that would be everything I had to tell you about this story. There were more things, like the Crossfode family, but they are not relevant. I hope you enjoyed the things that couldn't be told in the work. Despite leaving you wanting to know more, I hope you liked this story.
With nothing more to say, and before finishing, I want to let you know the remaining itinerary for 2024 for my novels. Coming soon is volume 5 of Cheat Lord, which will also reach its end next year. And what many have been waiting for, volume 8 of World Ixion/Saga, including volume 3 of the spin-off.
Now, with nothing more to add, I hope you enjoyed this story until the end.
The Ambition of the Sword God has come to an end! But the journey to becoming one will never end.
Until next time, and thank you for reading!

The final fanservice seems to have a face now. For the last time, let's say goodbye to Regulus and wish him a better place, as now his brother Vandelion accompanies him.

I’m very glad to have reached this point. I thank you for supporting me, following me, and reading my work.
Once again, I’m at that part of my life where I must say goodbye to one of my “children.” Now I only have three of them left, and two of them are “adopted.”
Read these notes because they contain important information you might want to know. With nothing more to say, goodbye, and I hope to see you again.
I want to inform that the next volume of Cheat Lord will be without development for almost a month, the reasons? Well, family visit I'll just say and it doesn't give me a chance to write in any part of the day so until further notice there will be no new volume.
