Elves Join the Battle, the Smoke of War

Just after leaving the Lord's castle, the elves witnessed a sudden "commotion" in the entire Crown of the Ocean, looking somewhat bewildered.

"Your Excellency, what's happening?"

"Some evil sea creatures are preparing to attack the Crown of the Ocean. It might be dangerous to stay here. You should follow the residents to the caves for safety."

The elves nodded but didn't leave. Instead, they spoke with determination, "Please let us join the battle!"

"You?" Ji Chen frowned, "You are guests; there's no need for guests to fight."

One of the elves stepped forward and explained with a salute, "Your Excellency, you rescued us from the gnomes, and we still don't know how to repay you. So, let us fight alongside you this time.

Though we are young, we've undergone rigorous training within our clan. Just provide us with bows and arrows, and we can contribute to the fight!"
