Trapped

Looking around there was just stone everywhere no matter where I look "Hay Neteyam you sure this is the right place?" He turned to look at me. pointing the torch at me "Wo watch where you're pointing that at '' he moves it away from me "sorry Y/n I keep that in mind so that I can burn you later with it. But yea this is the right place. We just got a bit of a walk to do."

"Hay hay y/n what kind of game do you play back on earth." Looking at tuk who was just running around" some game that I played on earth was hide and seek tag freeze tag. Can't remember anything else. The last time I played was when I was 5" she had sparkles in her eye as she heard the game I listened to.

"We should play some of them it would probably be fun to play"

"Yea sure I'm down to play it some time"

Kiri came over being watched by spider. He was always watching over her as long as I was around. I need to do something to perhaps make them not as close of friends. I will think it over sometime later

"Wait y/n how old are you if you don't mind me asking" looking at her. She probably wants to see if I'm in her age range." Well last time I checked I was nineteen though I'm not fully sure if my birthday has passed since I am mostly alone for my birthdays"

As long as I remember I don't think anyone said happy birthday to me. I was always alone

Flashback

Third person

A man was opening his door and pushing through it he turned around and closed it. He headed to his one-room apartment.

He opens a cabinet and pulls out a small broken table. Place it on the floor as stable as he can. Grabbing the bag that he brought with him.

He placed it next to the table. He decided not to get a plate as no one else was going to come. He gets a fork and heads back over and sits down.

He opens the bag and pulls out a small cake. He placed it on the table and he also grabbed a candle placing it down on the cake. He pulls out a lighter and goes to the top of the candle to light it. He pushed for the fire to come out but did not.

He kept clicking it over and over after a couple of minutes it finally turned on. He quickly puts it on top of the candle and lights it. He sighs and a smile forms on his face."Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday Dear Y/n…..

Zooming out as he sings his song. looking around his room the wall paint was coming off. his door was hanging on by the edges. there were cracks in the wall. His bed has some gray spots on it. There was a leak in the ceiling dropping into a bucket. Zooming in back into the man.

His eyes were covered by darkness. However, you were able to see tears falling down his face as his smile turned into a frown. Looking back at the broken table it has fallen onto its side and the cake has turned into mush.

Flashback over

Back to the first-person

"Hay Y/n are you alright?" looking at kiri " I am fine what makes you think I'm not?" she moved her hand to my face and wiped away a tear "your crying that's why"

"I'm alright thanks for checking in on me." looking back around the stone has changed into a bright ore of some kind. There were different colors: blue, green, red, and yellow.

Neteyam put his hand up "alright I think we are here" going past the opening that led to a bigger cave. There was a waterfall with a river below. They were being lit up by the colors from the ore. "Wow this is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen" looking at the river before the waterfall it was clear and I got an idea.

Neteyam pov

Looking around at everything before us that eywa has made for us the people who live on her planet." move out of the way" turning around at the two voices who said the same thing. I saw a quick blur going off the cliff. Looking closely it was Y/n jumping off the cliff. But someone else was also jumping off. It was tuk. Our father is going to kill me for bringing her along.

Tuk smashed right into Y/n making both of them fall faster. Eventually losing sight of both of them. Running to the edge I hear a loud smack sound looking over I see Y/n slowly sinking into the water he has foam start to pop up from his mouth. While tuk just popped up from the water shaking her head so there was less water in her hair.

Lo'ak was laughing at both of them. Kiri hits his shoulder making him fall into the water. Then she jumps in as well. Man, these guys are going to be the death of me. Jumping in I feel all the air hitting me till I splash in the water.

Y/n pov

Opening my eyes I see the pointy ceiling. Feeling the cold water around my body, feeling the sting on my back. Someone jumps on top of me feeling the water on their skins touching each other. They finally stopped squirming on me looking at who was on me. It was Kiri.

"It is always nice to open my eyes to see you, kiri" smiling at her. She smiles back at me

Catching her off guard I flip her over so I'm on top." how the table had turned" smirking she keeps smiling and move her hand to my chest.

We would have kept going if it wasn't someone else getting in the way. I get pushed off of her looking at who pushed me. It was spider once getting in the way "ah spider why did you do that me and Y/n were just messing around." she makes a pouting face

" yea spider we were just having fun."

Moving close so only he heard "not like you would know anything about it"smirking I pat his back and head to get out of the water "I'm going to fuck you up when it's just me and you Y/n" turning to look at him "bring it on. I'm ready for it anytime"

Walking away I headed to Neteyam. He was just chilling waiting for everyone else to get off the water. After a bit, we started walking around to look for some kind of treasure that was supposed to bethere.

"Neteyam we have been walking for Twenty days and I have not seen any treasure" Lo'ak appears next to me" that's because you have been staring at the sky most of the time not helping us"

"I mean what else is there besides some hole in the ground." He flips me off, not sure what to even say. Neteyam takes notice and sighs " let's take a break I think we need it"

I head over to a wall and lean on it. Checking the surroundings. There were many holes in the ground and the place looked like it can fall any second.

Getting off the wall I headed over to tuk as she was by herself just staring at the wall. "Hey, tuk how are you doing? You've been pretty quiet." She looks at me while fixing her hair." I am bored of this I want to go home"

"I'm sure we are almost done with this." As we were talking something felt off. Looking around it looked like no one else felt it. The ground felt like it was shaking.

It then became very noticeable when we heard it shaking. Feeling the ground shaking I almost fell forward however I was able to put my hand on the wall on time.

Looking around I saw spider supporting Kiri. Neteyam was doing the same thing as me. Lo'ak fell face-first into the ground.

" I think we need to leave now!" Lo'ak was saying to Neteyam. He shakes his head and we start to run out. Some of the rocks were falling and others were already falling. I was able to avoid most of them. I noticed that cracks start to form on the ground.

Till they broke. my eyes widened when tuk started to fall into one I quickly jumped at her. Cause me to fall in as well. Turning around for one final look at everyone there was a shock of horror on their faces.
