Tang Yin didn't notice any changes in Shan Yu while he brought out these items from the storage ring. "How did you use the storage ring?" Tang Yin asked with a tone which stated no refusal to answer.

"I-I thought about the items inside of the storage ring appearing before me." Shan Yu answered in a stuttering voice with a painful expression. "Interesting" Tang Yin stated flatly.

"What's that strange stone?" Tang Yin pointed towards the strange stone which had appeared from the storage ring. "It's a Spirit Stone" Shan Yu answered obediently.

Tang Yin stared at Shan Yu, waiting for him to continue and explain what a Spirit Stone was. Shan Yu also realized this and began his explanation, "A Spirit Stone is a stone which contains the Qi of the world, it can be absorbed by cultivators to help the train and improve their cultivation base at a fast pace."

"Spirit Stones are divided into Low, Mid, and High Grades depending on the amount of Qi they contain. Spirit Stones are the main currency used between cultivators." Shan Yu explained in a detailed fashion, afraid Tang Yin would be unsatisfied with his explanation.

"Also, Spirit Stones can also only be absorbed by Physique Transformation Realm Cultivators and above because they have a Qi Sea, a place to store the Qi they absorb from Spirit Stones" Tang Yin expressed his satisfaction towards Shan Yu's detailed explanation.

"Why do you have a Spirit Stone if you can't absorb it?" Tang Yin plainly asked Shan Yu. Shan Yu displayed an embarrassed expression. "You traded all your wealth for a Spirit Stone just so you could show off." Shan Yu was shocked as he looked at Tang Yin, he had managed to grasp the reason from only his facial expression.

"Can you let me go now?" Shan Yu asked timidly, he did not dare be rude to the person who controlled his life and death.

"Sure" Tang Yin remarked with a sinister tone, he thrust his Abyssal Sword into Shan Yu's neck. "I'll let you go to hell." completed the rest of his sentence as he stared into Shan Yu's eyes which were filled with disbelief and shock.

"You treated me as a punching bag for many years, do you think a storage ring and a Low-Grade Spirit Stone Is enough to nullify my hate for you?" Tang Yin stated in a chilling tone, Shan Yu's eyes rolled over, he had died.

Tang Yin took the storage ring and thought about storing all the items on the floor in the ring, including the map. The items were smoothly sucked into the storage ring. "Stingy bastard" Tang Yin remarked after seeing the tiny amount of space within the storage ring, it was only 2 cubic meters wide. But it made sense since Shan Yu had spent all his wealth on this storage ring and Spirit Stone.

Tang Yin sat down beside the 4 human corpses. To Tang Yin, killing humans and beasts was the same, the only difference was the intelligence between the two races. He activated his Martial Spirit, a black vortex surrounded by black and red lightning manifested behind him in an instant.

'Devour' Tang Yin thought and a bear, needle, vine and sickle rapidly took form above the bodies of the 4 corpses. The Bear had 8 white halos encompassing it. The needle, vine and sickle all had 9 halos around each other.

Tang Yin knew these were the Martial Spirits of the 4 people. With a smirk, he devoured them. The feeling of devouring Martial Spirits was different from devouring Demonic Beast souls, the Martial Spirits felt purer and filled with more energy.

After devouring the Martial Spirits, he devoured the blood, flesh and bones of all 4 people without leaving a single drop. Tang Yin wanted to wipe away all traces of these people in case the Shan Family decided to investigate this matter.

Tang Yin had changed his plans after this encounter with Shan Yu and his followers, he had decided to return to the One-Eyed ape's cave abode. It had only been 2 days since Tang Yin had departed from the One-Eyed ape's cave.

Tang Yin spent half an hour reaching the cave from the route he remembered. He remained cautious with the Abyssal Blade in hand and slowly entered the cave, after determining everything remained the same, he deactivated the Abyssal Sword.

He looked at his ring finger on his right hand, there lay a shiny silver ring, it was the storage ring. With a thought, all the items within appeared before Tang Yin.

There were 3 sets of clothes in the clothes Shan Yu had brought to Demonic Beast Mountain. Currently, Tang Yin had his upper body naked, only his trousers and worn-out shoes remained. The clothes Shan Yu brought were a full set including shoes, these would come in handy when Tang Yin returned to Maple Leaf City.

Other than clothes, there was food. Tang Yin didn't really need food as devouring any wild beast or Demonic Beast would bring him to his peak condition, which included hunger. But just because he didn't need to eat it, did not mean it was not useful, he could use it as bait.

Besides food and clothes, there were 3 other items: a map, a Low-Grade Spirit Stone and a jade box.
