Dominic kept glaring at Will for a while before his glare shifted to me. His eyes kept darting between Will and me before he finally spoke, /"You know William, I'm starting to think this was your plan all along. To get this little brat out of here./" His gaze was on me once again, /"I think you wanted them to come and save her. That's why you were so ardent on taking her to the hospital./"

I gasped and looked up at Will. His eyes met mine for a millisecond but his expression gave nothing away.

I heard Will chuckle humorlessly, /"Do you really believe I'd do something so absurd Father? You have no way of proving what you've just accused me of. Besides, Marriah is here isn't she? If I wanted to save her she wouldn't have been standing in front of you right now. I think it's best if we stop wasting time throwing mindless accusations at each other./"

I knew what he was saying was probably true.

Why would he help me anyway?
