Sun Wukong approaches the two gods.

"Śakra and Shaka, I the Monkey King will act as witnesses of this combat. The rule is simple, the winner will be declared after the other party gives up or can no longer continue fighting. Anything against it?"

"No problem." Indra trembles in ecstasy as the combat begins.

"I agree, but I would like to include the condition that we should only attack each other. Let's not attack Nero Lucifer, Leonardo or any human in the vicinity." Buddha speaks seriously looking into his opponent's eyes.

"Hpmm, sure no problem." Indra's expression changes slightly to boredom, but soon returns to animation as he asks Wukong. "Can we get started?"

"As soon as the first leaf touches the ground, the duel begins." Sun Wukong says as he slams his staff against a tree and quickly walks away from where the two opponents were standing.

When the leaf touches the ground both figures disappear with a divine speed that only Sun Wukong is able to follow with his eyes.

Golden bolts and Glyphs, both filled with divine energy, clash in mid-air and wreak havoc on the surrounding environment.

It was as if the sky were screaming through thunder and the earth matched it with a holy chant, but from the clash there were cracks in the sky and tremors in the ground.

The mountainous relief begins to be filled with holes due to the conflict between the two gods.

The beautiful forest that gave an air of serenity starts to be annihilated by fires caused by sacred lightning invoked by Indra or by the sacred energy invoked by Buddha.

The sound of several explosions is audible, but the attack that originated it is not visible due to the speed exceeding what Nero and Leonardo are used to seeing.

'To think that this is the level of people that our grandfather provokes. Vali, each of us still has a long way to go.' I think as I enjoy the image of a divine conflict.

The atmosphere crackled again with electricity as Indra wielded his vajra, ready to unleash devastating thunderbolts upon his opponent.

As the physical part of the duel commenced, Buddha activated the Six Realms Staff, and its form shifted into a long staff, which he expertly wielded with precision and grace. He swiftly maneuvered the staff, creating powerful shockwaves that clashed with Indra's thunderbolts, causing a dazzling display of light and sound.

"Oh, look who decided to be serious in the fray! You're going to regret challenging the King of Gods to a close quarters combat without going all out. I alone am the strongest." Śakra said sure of his victory.

"Regret? I don't carry this kind of burden in my life. Let's dance, Śakra." Buda replied relaxed.

Buddha wielded the long staff with masterful skill, creating swift and precise movements that pressed Indra on the defensive. With a series of expertly timed strikes, he skillfully formed chains of energy from the staff, entrapping Indra momentarily and hindering his movements. The chains coiled around Indra, restricting his lightning-infused attacks as Buddha effortlessly maneuvered around him.

Indra, angered by the restriction of his movements, channeled his divine thunder through the chains created by his enemy's staff. The nature of the attack immediately broke through the restraints and freed the god.

Then, Indra swiftly adapted his fighting style. He changed his approach, channeling his divine power through the vajra, unleashing thunderous energy with each strike and compressing the rest around his body like armor.

They continued to engage in close combat with each other, but this time the blunt strike of the staff did not allow Indra to be injured as he was unable to break through the armor of divine rays that enveloped the Hindu god.

"Your moves are predictable, Buddha. Is that all you've got?" Indra got bored seeing that the staff was not able to damage him and decided to provoke his opponent.

"Predictable, you say? I'm just warming up."

Seeing the staff's lack of effectiveness, Buddha switched to the second form, a long golden halberd. With each swing, the weapon exuded an aura of authority, disrupting the electric charges in the air. Indra countered with a fierce storm of lightning strikes, but Buddha's halberd skillfully deflected them, maintaining a defensive stance.

Buddha stood firm in his position cutting off the lightning and thunder aimed at him. When an opportunity arose to attack, the Buddha rushed forward trying to cut Indra, but the Hindu god deftly dodged.

"Missed again! Come on, you're not even trying."

"Appearances can be deceiving, Śakra. Keep your guard up."

"Hahaha! Your attacks are no match for my thunderbolts! You can only reflect them, but what's the use of defending without attacking?" Indra mocks the defense stance of his opponent.

"Not everything goes as planned, Indra. Let's see how you handle this."

Buddha made a single vertical cut that split the clouds in the sky into two halves. The sight was magnificent as if the sky were splitting apart.

The cut opened a large wound on Indra's chest, the condition of the Hindu god was noticeable without his shirt which has now been cut, but he showed no exhaustion. Buddha was a little burned from the electrical attacks, but he was still in good condition.

The clouds dissipate with the cut leaving the water droplets that formed it fall leaving the rain denser.

Indra takes advantage of the droplets to circumvent Buddha's vision of the future by passing an electric current through the droplets and starting to attack in unpredictable places and patterns.

From the spreading current he created a cage of lightning. Due to his ability to read minds, he noticed that Buddha was using his vision of the future at the beginning of the fight and decided to counter Buddha's vision with his opponent's own mind.

Indra creates a cage of lightning around the opponent hitting him from all sides, preventing Buddha from deflecting attacks with his halberd and vision of the future.

"Oh, your 'vision' couldn't foresee that, could it, Buddha? Maybe I'm too fast for you, want me to slow down?"

"Haha, indeed, you got me there. But let's see if your mind-reading helps next time." Buddha gets a little bit serious.

Indra ignored it sending rays from all sides obstructing the vision. But suddenly a strong earthquake happened and all the lightning dissipated by a strong shock wave. The resulting sound of the wave was immense, able to silence the noise of thunder.

This happened, for as the battle intensified Buddha changed the halberd form into a giant spike club. The weight and force behind each strike sent tremors through the battlefield. The weight and force behind each strike sent tremors through the battlefield.

Indra, impressed by the versatility of Buddha's weapon, focused his divine powers and summoned a torrential downpour of rain, attempting to hinder Buddha's movements.

The ground got more mud that hindered the movement of Buddha and the use of the spiked club. Buddha slammed the club into the ground which resulted in a lot of mud flying everywhere, followed by that Indra released rays that destroyed the mud that flew towards him.

Once the beams have destroyed the mud, the Buddha figure is seen running towards the opponent. Due to the weight of the weapon Indra managed to escape.

"Reading my mind is useless if I attack in a larger area isn't it?" Buddha mocked Indra who was now on the defensive just dodging.

"You didn't hit me so I'm fine with my situation. But in your case It's a shame, you're making mistakes even when predicting the future." Indra acts shamelessly with childish teasing.

"Nah, I'm fine. It's time to get serious in this combat." Buddha's weapon began to glow representing another change of form.

"Serious, huh? I'm always serious. Entertain me, Shaka."

"I warned you, Śakra. Brace yourself."

With a quick shift of emotions, Buddha transformed the spiked club into a golden shortsword. With unparalleled speed, he closed the distance between them, evading Indra's attacks with nimble footwork. His sword danced with precision, creating dazzling arcs of light that cut through the storm.

Each cut was so precise that it cut through raindrops and even lightning bolts.

Indra and Buddha collided their weapons generating a clash of two distinct energies by the collision of their divine weapons. On one side thunder and lightning and on the other a pure and golden energy.

The clash of their weapons created a dazzling display of light and thunder as they moved around each other, seeking an opening to strike.

After a while, Indra seized an opportunity and delivered a series of electrifying punches, driving Buddha back. The repeated blows enveloped in electricity left Buddha momentarily staggered, but he quickly regained his composure, determined to counter the onslaught.

Stepping back to create distance, Buddha expertly maneuvered the shortsword, drawing a horizontal slash that intersected with the vertical cut from his halberd. The combined movement formed a powerful cross-like pattern, signifying a momentary pause in their battle. Both warriors took a moment to assess their next move, preparing for the final stretch of their intense duel.

Even though the previous attacks caused considerable damage to Indra, the god Buddha seems to be reaching its limit, both the frequency of his slashes and power of the cuts seem to be decreasing.

Still, Buddha's eyes are shining in the usual pattern. Generating multiple seals around him, he places them on his Staff of the Six Kingdoms and then charges at Indra, transforming his weapon into a scythe.

Both jumped into the sky flying and facing each other.

In the sky they both collide with Indra slashing with his Vajra in club-style and Buddha making a vertical slash with his scythe.

"BUDDHA!" shouts Indra with a smile on his face.

"INDRA!" shouts the Buddha, irritated by the prolonged combat.

A battle that could not be captured by mortal eyes took place at close range by the collision of divine weapons.

Fruit of such combat is visible a god with a scythe with his upper clothes completely burned and part of his abdomen with burns, while the god wielding the Vajra was only with one arm and with glyphs marking his body and burning him constantly.

"Indra's left arm has been severed!" I watch in shock.

"So Lord Buddha will win." Leonardo says smiling.

While we were shocked and happy the fight went on.

As soon as the arm falls to the ground, the thunder of his Vajra falls on Buddha, and throughout the body Buddha receives an electric shock that magnifies the burns.

Indra showed a happy smile from the bottom of his heart.

"HAHAHA! Shaka, you really know how to entertain me, huh!"

Buddha pushed his body to its physical limit to cut off the enemy's arm, his body staggered as he tried to stay on his feet.

And Indra would not let this chance pass.

Storing an immense aura in his Vajra and at once releasing it towards his opponent in the form of a single guided beam.

The thunder slashed through the skies silencing all other previous thunder that had simply been assimilated.

When the attack approached, Buddha transformed his staff into the form of a giant golden shield to defend himself. He then stuck his shield into the ground and jumped back keeping some distance.

The thunder collided with the shield piercing it like an extremely sharp spear and continued advancing towards its target.

After piercing the shield, the lightning approached a figure that was positioned in the lotus position with both hands connected and hands intertwined. Buddha calmly summoned the barrier.

"Ohm!" When Buddha says this term a wall of golden sigils appears in front of the ray blocking it again as well as the shield shape of the six realms staff.

The thunder collided losing energy after colliding with a divine weapon and now with a god's ability ceasing its existence.

Indra approached slowly applauding.

"Magnificent. I knew you were hiding your strength, but who would have thought that you are worthy of being in the top 10."

"You're praising me too much. How about we end it here." When Buddha speaks this Indra positions himself with his single arm wielding his Vajra offensively ready for a final charge.

However, to the surprise of Indra and everyone else present, the Buddha uttered a sentence that shocked everyone.

"I admit defeat." Buddha calmly says as he stands up and raise his hands.

Indra is immediately irritated by the sudden withdrawal.

"BUDDHA, I know you haven't used all your strength!"

"I see no reason to continue this fight, you have greater destructive power than mine. Even if I can use a certain technique, I see no advantage in using it after all it would only bring more attention to me."

"Tsk...don't you admire a beautiful fight?" Indra looks into his opponent's eyes.

"I admire my freedom and the peace that comes with it." Buddha smiles ignoring the glares coming from Indra and not surprisingly Nero.

I watched angrily as Buddha gave up without having fought fully seriously. He obviously had something else up his sleeve, but he stopped short of using the one which made me frustrated that he gave up Leonardo to Indra.

After the forfeit was confirmed, Sun Wukong loudly declared the end of the match and its winner.

"I hereby declare the god Indra, otherwise known as Śakra, the victor of the combat on account of the forfeit of his opponent."

At the end Buddha smiled apologetic to me and Leo, while Indra left frustrated looking for something.

Indra picked up the severed arm, and when he combined it with the severed surface it returned to normal.

"Looks like it's time to claim my prize."

Indra approaches Nero and Leonardo releasing a threatening aura freezing them both in their positions. Then suddenly he appears behind Leonardo giving a quick blow behind the neck that knocks the boy out.

The Hindu god puts the boy on his shoulder and starts walking off the mountain. However, he stops midway and looks in Nero's direction.

"Hey Lucifer, next time you see your brother let him know he better not use the namw 'celestial'. The world just needs one person using this title, who knows what I would do if I saw him using it." Indra smirks and turns around disappearing from my view almost instantly.

Even seeing this happen I could only watch as I was held back by enemy pressure. Again I went through it, again I felt useless. But from today I'm going to change that, I have to be strong enough to be on the same level as Indra, my grandfather or anyone who threatens my enemies in the future.

'I swear I'll find a way to help you Leonardo. I will also revenge us, Vali. I promisse to become one of the strongest being in these universe even if I need to destroy my own soul for this.' I mentally swore as I clenched my fist.
