It was so brief that Anna didn't even realize that her daughter had stopped the pace.

When she looked back, the girl had already climbed the stairs.

"Strange, she's not usually so obedient," she said with a puzzled expression.

"Come on," she said before taking a step.

Arthur stopped thinking about Melly, but that didn't mean his suspicions disappeared, he figured he'd do some investigating later.

His instincts were something he trusted a lot, after all, he had once stood on a very high peak.

Arriving on the second floor, Anna led Arthur in a different direction to Melly.

There, there was a long white hallway with many windows on the walls.
