Chapter 57

It didn't take long for Hope, Morgan, Yoruichi, and Koneko to find the Autobots and let them know, that Optimus Prime was captured by an unknown Transformer, Bumblebee asked the girls to describe the unknown Transformer and when they did, Bumblebee immediately knew that it was Lockdown who managed to capture the leader of the Autobots.

But knowing who had done it, only made the Autobots even more worried about Optimus, after all, Lockdown was a very well-known and famous mercenary back when the war was happening on Cybertron, he was Decepticon in all but name.

So, the Autobots immediately wanted to go rescue Optimus and the girls agreed, so Cade, Shane, and Tessa jumped inside of Bumblebee once he transformed into his car mode and drove off with the girls flying or running beside Bumblebee, while the other Autobots followed them.

It didn't take long for them to catch up to the ship where Optimus was taken, however, it was still flying low, right on top of New Chicago, which only confused everyone, Cade looked up at the ship and frowned, "Why hasn't it take off yet?".

But no one had an answer to his question, however, Hope noticed something, so she flew down and began to float beside Cade's side window to speak with the humans, "Look! It's descending! Come one! Let's go catch up to it and I'll float everyone up there!".

Cade nodded and Bumblebee immediately accelerated, meanwhile, a helicopter was approaching the ship and Attinger quickly communicated with his radio to one of the passengers who was on board the Helicopter, "Savoy, mission accomplished. Lockdown has Prime, the deal is going down now".

Savoy, who was on the Helicopter immediately responded to the communication, "Picking up the seed, at the recon point".

The ship suddenly began to land on a wide avenue, and the Helicopter flew over to it, as the Helicopter got close to the ship, the pilot quickly called out via radio, "Nest, Talon, LZ appears clear".

Lockdown suddenly walked out of the ship onto a big platform on his ship, the pilot saw him and immediately drove the Helicopter towards him, he soon landed in front of Lockdown who just quietly stared at what was happening.

Savoy, along with a team of his agents, stepped out of the Helicopter and walked up to Lockdown, once they reached him, Lockdown looked at them and then said, "As much as I enjoyed the hunt, I won't miss your wretched planet, our deal is done, one Prime for one seed".

Lockdown put down some kind of oval cylinder on the floor and the agents immediately brought out a cover and put it inside, Lockdown frowned as he watched the humans handle the seed, "Handle it with care, I trust your species are ready".

Savoy glared and scowled at Lockdown, "Don't worry about our species".

Lockdown stared at Savoy in silence for a few seconds, until he said, "Farewell Earth". With that said, Lockdown turned around and began to walk back into his ship.

~Back with the girls, the humans and the Autobots~

Meanwhile, the Autobots were racing through the avenue where the ship landed, soon enough they reached the ship and skidded to a stop right beside it, Cade, Shane, and Tessa immediately got out of Bumblebee, and the Autobots transformed soon after.

Hope then lifted everyone into the air with her telekinesis and then floated herself and everyone else above the ship and landed on it, She quickly but carefully put down everyone on to the ship, just in time too, because the ship suddenly began to take off.

Hound sighed and shook his head, "This is a bad idea...".

Everyone turned their heads towards Hound and stared at him, only for him to grin, at them, "But I'm all about bad ideas!".

Morgan suddenly grinned and jumped onto one of Hound's shoulders, "You seem like a fun guy! Let's go!".

Hound chuckled and then grinned at Morgan, he quickly turned around and began to walk on top of the ship looking for an opening leading inside, Yoruichi softly laughed and shook her head in amusement, "Looks like Morgan made a friend".

Koneko nodded, "Looks like fun...".

The Nekoshou suddenly jumped upwards and landed on one of Bumblebee's shoulders, the yellow Autobot smiled at Koneko and then quickly began to follow Hound and Morgan.

The rest of the Autobots quickly follow after them, while Hope and Yoruichi walk behind them, with the humans, Cade looks over at Hope and then decides to ask her a few questions, "... I saw you fight with Optimus, how can you do all of that? Just what are you? No human, especially a little girl, should be able to do all of that".

Hope raised an eyebrow at Cade upon hearing his question, honestly, it sounded a bit rude, but she chose to ignore it, after all, this guy obviously didn't know just what a little girl could do, "Well, that took a while, most people usually ask us these questions right away".

Cade sighed, but he kind of agreed with Hope, he really wanted to ask these questions after all, "Well, it's been a long day and I was busy trying to stay alive".

Hope shrugged, and then answered Cade's questions, "We're not human, mister Yeager, that's how we can do what we can".

Cade frowned at the short answer since it didn't really explain all that much, Yoruichi laughed and then spoke up, "Don't take it personally, Hope is usually a very friendly girl, but right now she's worried about her new friend and she doesn't really know you".

Cade nodded, It seemed like Optimus impressed the little girl enough for her to be worried about him this much, that was something that he could understand, Shane frowned and said, "But she just met Optimus, how can he be a friend and not us?".

Before Yoruichi could say anything, Hope turned her head towards Shane and stared at him with her green eyes, which made Shane flinch in fright, but Hope ignored that and said, "Optimus Prime fought Galvatron to protect you three and the humans on the highway. After what he went through and what happened to his friends, he still cared, I would have left you guys behind, especially you, who only screams and rides inside an Autobot while being afraid of everything".

Shane winced and looked down, "... It's not like I can fight a Transformer...".

Tessa elbowed her boyfriend in the ribs, causing him to yelp and groan in pain, "Stop arguing with her!".

Shane nodded and looked down, Tessa then walked up to Hope's side and spoke to her "Sorry about him... I'm Tessa by the way, I think it's nice that you want to help Optimus".

Hope, nodded and smiled at Tessa, "Nice to meet you Tessa, I'm Hope Potter, Dragon God of Cosmic Fire and the Phoenix Force, the woman walking beside me, is my Aunty Yoruichi Shihōin, a shinigami, or a soul reaper in your language.

The one riding on Hound's shoulder, is Morgan Stark, my best friend and sister in all but blood, she's the Dragon God of Power, and the Red Dragon Empress, the one riding on Bumblebee's shoulder, is Big Sis Koneko Tojou, she's a devil and a nekoshou, a cat girl in other words".

Shane gaped at what Hope just said, while Tessa looked awed, Cade looked intrigued as well, "Huh? You really aren't human, how about that... you're not from around here right?".

Hope shook her head and smiled, "You're smart Mr. Cade, but yes, we come from another world, technically, the multiverse exists and this is just another world in a big ever-expanding universe".

Cade gaped a bit and then said, "Holy shit! The multiverse is real!?".

Hope giggled and nodded, while Cade began to ask her more about the multiverse, Yoruichi grinned feeling happy, that Hope didn't seem as tense anymore, the Autobots heard the conversation, but really didn't know what to say about all of this.

Sure, the multiverse being real is a shock, but they can hardly comment on it when they themselves are an alien species of living mechanic beings from another planet, where they were engulfed in a never-ending civil war, where they saw all kinds of crazy things happening.

Shane was in denial and just shook his head trying to ignore the conversation he was hearing, Tessa however, was intrigued, though she decided not to interrupt her father since he seemed to be having fun speaking with hope.

Still, to think that she would meet real supernatural beings, today has been a very odd day for sure.

Some minutes later.

After walking on the top of the ship for a while, the group found a big hole on the top of the ship, some sort of exhaust vent or something, no one was really sure nor did they care, the only thing that they were concerned about that, was if they can use it as a way to get inside the ship.

Everyone walked up to the edge of the vent and looked down, Shane frowned and said, "This is crazy".

Yoruichi rolled her eyes at Shane, shook her head, and then said, "Act like a man would you?".

Cade nodded in agreement, "Look, you want to cut and run, you better do it now".

Shane was about to say something, but Tessa pinched his arm causing Shane to yelp in pain, Tessa then said, "We're coming Dad, you might need some help".

Morgan giggled while she was sitting on Hound's shoulder, "Looks like Tessa wears the pants in the relationship".

Hound barked out a laugh, while Shane sighed and looked down, which didn't help his case whatsoever, which the girls immediately grinned at him for, making him feel even worse.

Meanwhile, in the ship's control room, Lockdown was getting ready to leave Earth, unaware that he had extra passengers on board, he quickly turned around to order the service bots around him, "Engage the dark matter drives! Full Power!".

The service bots immediately began to follow Lockdown's orders, the ship began to quickly ascend as the Autobots, the girls, and the humans jumped into the vent and into the ship.

Hound sighed and looked around inside the ship, "Alright, we're behind enemy lines right now, Lockdown's ship has all kinds of booby traps, so eyes open! Beware of his bone grinders, brain blinders, flesh peelers, chromosomal inverters, catatonic sludge, black hole trap doors, and of course, radiation".

Cade, Shane, and Tessa were nervously sweating now, Yoruichi grinned and said, "Well, this sounds like a messed up fun house, neat".

Koneko turned her head towards Bumblebee's face since she was on his shoulder and smiled, "It's a good thing we're completely immune to all of that... well me and my friends are... better keep an eye on Mr. Cade and the others okay?".

Bumblebee nodded in agreement, while Morgan looked around curious about everything she just heard, "I wonder what a Brain Blinder is? How can you even blind a brain?".

Hound grinned at Morgan's morbid curiosity, while Drift looked around and then spoke, "We must be quick, while we have the elements of surprise, so let's use violence as a last resort".

Everyone nodded and began to walk when out of nowhere, a metal tentacle emerged from the wall beside everyone and reached to grab Drift, the girls immediately reacted and attacked the tentacle, Drift cut it in half, while the girls blasted it with elemental energy attacks.

This blasted a big hole in the wall which ended up causing a lot of noise Bumblebee deadpanned and then turned his head towards the girls, "What happened to no violence unless it was necessary?".

Koneko shrugged, "That was gross...".

Yoruichi nodded, "I know what tentacles do to beautiful and cute girls! There's no way I wouldn't destroy that thing!".

Shane and Cade sweatdropped knowing what Yoruichi was referring to, but decided not to say anything, especially when there were more women than men in here.

Morgan and Hope just nodded, Harry had told them that if they ever see some kind of tentacle, to blast it to hell and back, and to not let them touch them, they don't know why he would ask them to do that, but, they know better than to question Harry's words.

Crosshairs huffed in annoyance and then shrugged, "Well, we looked, Optimus isn't here, so let's go".

Crosshairs shrugged and then turned around to leave, Hope glared at the Autobot and said, "Are you going to abandon Optimus?".

Crosshairs turned to look at Hope and frowned, "Optimus is a great leader but he got himself caught, besides, what in it for me? This place is very dangerous, and Lockdown even more so".

Hope narrowed her eyes at Crosshairs, Morgan saw that Hound was going to intervene, but she patted his face and shook her head, "You better step back, Hope is angry now".

Hound moved his gaze towards Morgan, who was sitting on his shoulder, and saw that she was staring at Hope with a serious look in her eyes, so Hound decided to listen to her and stepped back.

Hope suddenly raised her hand and caught Crosshairs in a telekinetic hold, Crosshairs yelped in surprise as he found himself unable to move while beginning to float into the air.

Hope, had the rude Autobot way above everyone's heads and then said, "What's in it for you? How about I don't crush you?".

Hope began to close her hand and Crosshairs began to grunt in pain as his body was beginning to be slowly crushed by her telekinetic hold tightening around him, Crosshairs suddenly began to scream as his body began to creak and crack, "Aahh! Okay okay!".

Hound chuckled and said, "Well! You heard the lady, everyone, we're getting the boss back, don't be like that idiot and just do what you're supposed to do, alright?!".

Everyone nodded in agreement right away, while Hope let go of Crosshairs and watched him fall to the ground with a loud bang, she then huffed in annoyance and shook her head, "It's a wonder why Optimus wants to continue to help and be noble, especially surrounded by people like that dummy".

Crosshairs groaned in pain from the ground, while the Autobots shook their head at him, for being such an arrogant guy, honestly, he deserved that, Yoruichi laughed a bit and then spoke, "Okay, leaving the idiot aside, we should sabotage something in here.

That way we can stop it from leaving the planet, the girls and I don't have to worry about oxygen, but Cade and the others do, so we have to stop this thing from ascending more".

Drift nodded in agreement, "Agreed, but we better hurry, dark matter drives are preparing to take off".

A loud humming sound began to be heard all over inside the ship, Crosshairs shakily stood up and huffed a bit in pain, "Oh, wonderful... I give us around 10 minutes".

Shane looked worried now, "That's what that sound is? The engines firing up? You're telling thing is going to... this is going to be flying out of here in ten minutes!?".

Drift nodded, "Uhuh".

Shane widened his eyes and asked again, "In TEN minutes!?".

Drift nodded again and then said, "Could be nine, worst case seven".

Shane gaped at Drift, while Koneko shook her head from Bumblebee's shoulder and said, "Wuss...".

Bumblebee nodded in agreement, while Tessa sighed and shook her head, "Come on Shane... relax, we'll be fine".

Yoruichi looked amused at all of this, "I wonder if he knows that Drift is messing with him".

Cade shrugged and shook his head, "I doubt it, he's a very jumpy guy, he's been like this from the very beginning... I wonder what my daughter sees in him?".

Hound shook his head and then said, "Humans, you search the cell blocks, the rest follow me! We're wasting time so let's go!".

Hound turned his head towards Yoruichi, "Go with them, meanwhile, we're going to search the center core".

Yoruichi nodded, Koneko smiled and then jumped off Bumblebee's shoulder, "I'll go with you sensei...someone has to make sure you don't play around too much".

Yoruichi grinned at Koneko and shook her head, "Hey, I'm not that bad you brat".

Koneko just giggled and then, the humans, Yoruichi and Koneko left to search the cell blocks, Hope floated beside Hound and said, "Morgan and I are coming with you guys".

Hound nodded, "Let's move!".

Everyone took off in different directions, Crosshairs groaned and cracked his neck, "Let's stop this nightmare of a ship".

Drift walked up to Crosshairs and nodded, both Autobots took off running in another direction, everyone really wanted to find Optimus as fast as possible and get off this ship.

Sometime later, Koneko, Yoruichi, Cade, Shane, and Tessa arrived at a different part of the ship and began to look around, though sometime later Cade sighed and commented, "It is going be difficult to find Optimus in this enormous ship, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack".

Tessa nodded, "Yeah, and who knows what kind of things are lurking around here".

Koneko moved her gaze towards Yoruichi and deadpanned at her, "So, were not going to tell them that we can sense where Optimus is huh?...".

Yoruichi shrugged and grinned, "Meh, it's more fun this way and besides~ Hope and Morgan already know where he is as well, it's why they left with Hound and Bumblebee".

Koneko sighed at Yoruichi's nonchalant attitude, but nodded, as long as Optimus was found, she didn't care who did it or how, Shane suddenly yelled out Optimus Prime's name, "Optimus!".

Everyone stopped walking and deadpanned at Shane, who was too busy trying to listen to see if Optimus calls back, to noticed the look everyone was giving him, Cade shook his head in annoyance, "Great, just great...".

Suddenly, growls and sounds of shifting metal began to echo throughout the area in the ship, Cade looked at Shane and huffed at him, "Well, that was smooth, no, that was really smooth! Letting everyone know that we're here, now they're going to be looking for us!".

Shane had the decency to look sheepish at his blunder, while Tessa just sighed in exasperation, meanwhile, Yoruichi and Koneko shook their heads in disappointment, this just got more annoying for them, for sure.

~Meanwhile, with Crosshairs and Drift~

Both Autobots heard Shane's yell and then the growls and moving parts of whatever sort of things resided inside Lockdown's ship, Drift looked up and called out to Crosshairs, "We better hurry Crosshairs, before we go into space or anything finds us".

Crosshairs was climbing up a wall, but nodded at Drift, he soon found something interesting on the wall causing him to grin, "Ah, here's the little jujube, right here".

Crosshairs grabbed the thing he found on the wall with his thumb and pointer finger and the pulled out some kind of red glowing machine part, "Hello mama!".

~Outside Lockdown's ship, above New Chicago~

Suddenly, the ship fired its anchors towards the tallest buildings in New Chicago, the Anchors quickly drove themselves into the buildings stopping the ship from moving, Lockdown who was sitting in the control room immediately roared in anger, "Who fired the anchors!".

Suddenly, the ship stalled causing it to stop in midair and stay where it was, Lockdown slammed his fist on his seat's armrest and growled, "Who's in my ship! We have a loose prisoner!".

He quickly stood up and ordered the dog-like creatures besides him to go find and kill the intruder, the metallic dog like creatures immediately took off running to find whoever had been messing with Lockdown's ship.

~Back with Cade, Shane, Tessa, Koneko, and Yoruichi~

The group of humans and supernaturals were walking down a massive hallway, Cade frowned, still angry at what Shane did a while ago, "Hurry up, we got like six minutes left".

Tessa nodded, "Don't worry Dad, we'll find Optimus soon".

Cade nodded, but then a growl echoed throughout the area, Shane stopped and began to look around, "Hold up!".

Everyone stopped and began to look around, Yoruichi and Koneko turned their heads to a side hallway, already sensing something coming their way, suddenly, a loud whirring sound was heard by everyone, causing them to look over the hallway Yoruichi and Koneko were looking towards to.

Only for the group to see a drone appear and look at them, then a few human-sized Transformers holding weapons of some kind walked into the Hallway, Cade stepped back while pulling Tessa along, "Back up everyone".

Everyone did so, though Yoruichi did it because she found it amusing and Koneko because she didn't want to argue with Yoruichi, Cade then guided everyone to another hallway, this one smaller, "Come on, we have to go before those things find us".

Meanwhile, the dog-like creatures were running at full speed through the entire ship looking for the intruders, luckily, Cade's group was already on the move and the Autobots were good at hiding so they hadn't alerted them of their location.

Eventually, Cade and everyone else in his group, made it to a circular chamber of sorts, one with some kind of metal statues depicting knights and a table with some kind of swords stabbed into it, Cade ran inside to look around and got on the table to have a better look.

He leaned on one of the swords to avoid falling down the table, only for the Sword to move like a lever, this activated some sort of mechanism, that made the giant metallic statues shift and revealed walls full of all kinds of weapons.

Shane looked around in shock, "Whoa!".

Yoruichi took a look at the weapons on the wall, which looked like normal swords, spears, and axes, "Hmm... for alien weapons they don't look that special".

Koneko nodded, "My fists are better...".

Cade smiled seeing the weapons, "Weapons!" he quickly got down the table and called out to everyone, "Come on! Come here and help me! Hurry, hurry!."

Tessa quickly ran up to Cade, while Koneko and Yoruichi just walked over, not at all interested in the weapons, Cade walked up to one of the walls and looked up, he turned to face Shane and said, "Come on, help me up".

Shane nodded and immediately helped Cade climb up the wall, however, growls and footsteps began to be heard round the chamber, Shane looked around with a nervous expression on his face, "There some weird sounds out there".

Cade pulled out a sword and then dropped it towards Shane, who quickly caught it before it could hit the ground, Cade soon did the same thing to two more swords, one for himself and one for Tessa, but before he could even ask Yoruichi or Koneko if they wanted one.

Some sort of red light began to scan the entire round chamber, Cade quickly climbed down to prevent the red light from touching him, Shane looked at it and asked, "What is that?".

Both Cade and Tessa shook their heads not knowing what the red light is or does, Cade looked at the red light and then said, "I don't know, but it can't be anything good, ready?".

Shane nodded and lifted his sword up, Cade turned his head towards Tessa, who nodded at him and got ready as well, Cade then turned his head towards Koneko and Yoruichi, who gave him a nod and a smile to let him know that they're ready.

Suddenly there was a beeping sound and Cade immediately moved, "Run!".

Everyone spread out as a barrage of gunshots was fired at them, the humans quickly jumped to cover, while Koneko and Yoruichi jumped onto the ceiling and looked down towards who had shot at them.

They watched as a group of small humanoid Transformers walked into the chamber and got ready to attack, both Koneko and Yoruichi narrowed their eyes and got ready.

Meanwhile, Cade, Shane, and Tessa got ready behind their cover, Cade turned his head towards his daughter and her boyfriend and said, "I'm not going down without a fight!".

Tessa and Shane nodded in agreement, so Cade quickly told them his plan, "You guys go around that corner and we're going to take them down, you guys ready or not?!".

Shane nodded and said, "I got your back!".

Tessa nodded as well, "Let's do this Dad, together".

Cade smiled at both Shane and Tessa, Shane suddenly jumped out and tried to attack the enemy, but he ended up tripping and dropping his sword on the ground, only for the sword to suddenly open up and shoot something, this something bounced off a wall and then hit one of the enemy walking towards them and killing it.

Shane scrambled up and then jumped behind cover, Cade deadpanned at him and then said to his daughter, "That's some boyfriend you have Tessa...".

Tessa just rubbed her eyes and sighed, but didn't say anything, Cade huffed and then asked a question to Shane, "How did you do that? How did you make your sword shoot something?".

Shane shook his head and said, "I don't know, I just dropped it and then it opened up".

Cade frowned and looked at his weapon, he quickly began to mess with it, to see if he could make the sword open up as well, Koneko sighed and looked at Yoruichi, "Should we help them now?...".

Yoruichi shook her head, "Not yet, let them try to figure out that weapon, it might come in handy later, just keep an eye out so we can intervene if necessary".

Koneko nodded, "Okay...".

Cade suddenly pressed something on the sword and it opened up, "Hah! You guys see that?".

Tessa smiled and immediately did the same thing Cade did causing her sword to open up as well, "It worked!".

Cade smiled at his daughter and nodded, "Alright, just do like I taught you back at the farm, you remember how to use a rifle right?".

Tessa nodded, but before anyone could say anything else, the other small humanoid Transformers began to shoot at them again, causing explosions all around Cade, Shane, and Tessa, causing them to yell in surprise.

Cade, not wanting to get surrounded by enemies, quickly got out of his cover and began to shoot back at the small humanoid Transformers, he quickly killed two via headshot, while he shot a third one on the chest causing it to fall back onto the ground.

Koneko let go of the chakra on her feet and dropped right on top of the downed small humanoid Transformer, she quickly stomped on its head and crushed it with ease, Cade smiled at Koneko and gave her a nod in thanks.

The other small humanoid Transformers began to take aim at Cade, but Tessa leaned out from her cover and began to shoot the enemies aiming at her father, she killed one and injured three more.

Koneko jumped forward and then kicked the head off of one of the small humanoid Transformers, Yoruichi, who was still on the ceiling, aimed her finger in between the other two injured small humanoid Transformers and shot a KI beam through each enemy's head.

Cade screamed at then shot at the last small humanoid Transformer on the head and killed it, with the chamber cleared of enemies, Cade grinned and looked at his new weapon in awe, "Oh man, I'm so going to patent this shit!".

Tessa rolled her eyes at her father but still smiled at him in amusement, Shane just gaped at what had happened, while Yoruichi dropped to the ground and shook her head, "Meh, they make better stuff in Neo Kyoto".

Koneko walked up to everyone and nodded at Yoruichi's words, "Harry also makes awesome stuff".

Cade, Shane, and Tessa didn't understand what the girls meant with Neo Kyoto or Harry being able to make better stuff, after all, they had no idea what Neo Kyoto was nor who Harry was, but if Yoruichi and Koneko weren't impressed with the sword guns, then that means, that what they're saying is true.
