"You sure this is right?" I asked the clueless angel walking next to me. It had been too long since I had seen them. Especially since I had seen Sam. I loved him so much, I couldn't wait to see him. I was just afraid that he would not be there. "Yes, Kat, I am sure. Remember, we will have to be quick." Cas said from my side placing a hand on my shoulder.
We both nodded in agreement together before he took us there. To the place where Sam and Dean were. How he could suddenly go there didn't matter to me. All i wanted was to see Sam. It felt like I was falling through space for a quick second, my hair blowing everywhere and my blue eyes squeezed shut.
"We are here." Cas said when it was all over. I looked up and frowned. This was not how I had expected it to be. I thought there would be demons everywhere, and fire for walls. Instead it looked like a room made out of stone, and there was just a cage sitting in the middle, with the bodies of two familiar people sitting in it.
"Sam! Dean!" I yelled and ran over to them. Well, I ran to Sam, Cas ran to Dean. "What are you doing here? You have to leave! Dont you understand? This is Hell! You will die!" Dean said to us worridly as Sam just looked around confused. "I dont understand whats going on..." Sam said tiredly shaking his head.
I frowned and pulled by gun out shooting the lock off of the cage, we could hear some shouting behind us. "Come on! Lets go!" I yelled to them and Dean hopped out but Sam stayed where he was. "Sam come on!" I cried and grabbed his hand pulling on him. "Its no use, I-"
We were back. All of us were back. Back in the old stinky motel room where I had been staying. Dean stood up and immediately smiled wildly. "Not a bad find Kat." Was all he said looking around. I didn't really pay attention to him. I just wanted to kiss Sam, and hug him, and enjoy his presence again.
I smiled at him, but, he didnt smile back. I tilted my head confused and realized that his eyes looked quite dull. "Sam? Its me, Kat." I said quietly. "Yeah I know who you are, youve gone on a few hunts with us, but why did you save us?" Sam asked confused, and I turned to Dean and Cas as they broke from a hug, a large frown on their faces.
"He didn't talk for months, I dont think he remembers very much at all." Dean said pulling a beer from the fridge, but it was obvious he was concerned for his brother. "I must go." Cas said out of the blue leaving. I shook my head and turned back to Dean. "What can we do, we have to make him remember!" I hissed as tears filled my eyes.
"We will take him to the places where you guys went on dates. He will have to remember the scenery." Dean said. "Thats a good idea, actually..." I mumbled and looked behind me at Sam sleeping on the floor. "First, he should rest."
