The Darkness within

The Assassin ignored the question attacks the Princess, "Hiyah!"

They continued fighting, the Princess retreated to a corner of her chamber to retrieve the sword that her master gave her. The sword is called Sorrow; this was given to her during the first days of her practice of martial arts.

Sorrow can cut through almost everything. It is one of the sharpest swords of all, after seeing the sword, the assassin retreated to the window and planned to escape. However, the princess threw a sharp knife and the assassin got hurt.

Another assassin arrived at the scene and let the first assassin escape, "What are you doing! Let's go now!" says the first assassin.

"Go! get out of here!" says the second assassin. The princess went outside her chamber and there she saw the assassin, not knowing that there are two assassins. They fought each other, and while the first assassin is hiding in the bush, she watches their fight.

"Why do you want to kill me!?"

The assassin did not answer but, tried to escape.

With time, the royal guards noticed what is happening to the princess. They called the other guards and rushed to the princess's chamber while the other guards ran to the chamber of the King and reported what was happening. The King immediately ordered the guards to capture the assassin alive.

"Your Majesty! The Princess is in danger! An assassin broke in and wants to kill her highness!"

"What!? Call the guards and catch the assassin!"

The Queen also rushed to the chamber of the Princess after knowing what was happening and seeks help from the guards nearby.

The prince arrived at the area where the princess and the assassin were fighting and joined his sister to fight the assassin. They captured the assassin. After the assassin got captured, the other one ran away.

"Why do you want to kill the princess!?" The prince asked but, the assassin did not answer and the guards took off his mask.

The princess was shocked by what she was seeing. Her heart was beating fast while looking at her assailant's eyes, she didn't even notice that she dropped her sword and exclaimed,

"Master!?"

After the master was caught and was imprisoned, the Princess went to the Prison Hall to check on him and kneeled down in confusion and said, "Master…"

"You should not be here, or your father will be mad at you."

"Even if you tried to kill me, you still have concerns about me."

"What are you doing here?"

"I just want to ask questions."

The master looked at her and sat down to hear her questions.

"Why do you want to kill me?"

The master replied, "It was my mission to kill you from the day that I approached you."

Yǐ sī tiē's tear fell from her eyes and asked him the second question, "Why did you teach me martial arts when you can just kill me?"

The master walked towards her slowly and just smiled at her, "There's no fun in killing someone who don't know how to fight back, hahaha!"

"Di…did you ever have feelings for me?"

The master turned around and did not answer her question but simply said, "One must not have feelings involved with work or it will bring chaos. In this life that we're living, our wants are not ours to decide, the destiny played us, fate betrayed us and even if in another life, I won't wish to be part of yours."

Yǐ sī tiē cried while holding her chest and shouted, "I wish I never met you that day! I hope you die and rot in hell!" then, she ran away and went back to her chamber.

"How I wish to tell you everything but, it's not the right time nor it's the correct course of actions." The master whispered.

The Princess stayed in her room for days, crying with anger "Why is this happening to me!" Her servants heard her throwing all the stuff inside her room and said "Princess, please calm down!"

"Get out! I don't need any of you! Leave me alone!"

"But ..."

"I SAID LEAVE!"

Then, the servants left her room and closed the door while the princess kept on crying in her bed until she finally fell asleep.

While the Queen is walking at the garden, she heard the ruckus the Princess was causing, "What's happening?" and her servant replied, "It's the Princess your grace, she told everyone to leave her alone."

"Sigh… Her anger will eventually pass, leave her be."

One night, while sleeping, the Princess saw her master in her dream and asked him,

"Master, why! Why do you want to kill me?"

The master stares at her madly, "You! I have to kill you!"

"Master please, stop! This isn't you! I know you don't want to kill me please, tell me what's happening!"

The Princess cried so hard in her dreams that the Dark force inside her was spreading vastly throughout her body even while sleeping. Then, the master attacked her in the dream and pierced her heart.

"Argh!"

"Master…why…"

Her servant went inside her room to bring foods but, she saw the Princess is floating unconsciously in midair with the dark force swirling around her.

"Princess! Wake up! Help! Help! Somebody! The Princess!"

Then a royal guard rushed inside and saw what was happening. He immediately rushed to the King and reported that the Princess is in danger.

"Your Majesty, the princess! Her Dark force is…!"

The King stood up and told the guards to immediately call the Shaman.

"Go! get the shaman now!"

"Yes, your majesty!"

Then, the King went to the princess's chamber and saw her condition, "The Dark force!"

The Queen keeps on shouting to the princess "Yǐ sī tiē! Please, wake up! It's us!" the Queen kept on weeping and shouting.

The Master also felt the strong dark force within the palace and his expression changed, "Yǐ sī tiē's dark force!" So, he mobilized his aura and tried to escape from the prison, he smashed down the prison gate, the prison guard tried to stop him, and they fought inside the prison hall.

"Halt! Stay where you are!?" Says the guards,

"Get out of my way!"
