The Bizarre Life Of Tadano

Tadano Hitohito had a dream. It was a bizarre dream of him being in an adventure that only happens in stories.

Not to mention he had several beautiful girls accompanying him, which is laughable to him.

Tadano Hitohito is plain average, not only in looks but also physically and academically.

Him getting a harem filled with cute and beautiful girls is so far-fetched, unbelievable, fiction even.

Smiling at his silly dream, he stood up from his bed beneath his sister's.

Stretching his arms above the air, and letting out a yawn. "Yawn~ another boring day for me!"

Looking at the alarm clock, he noticed that it was still 5 am, which was pretty early compared to his usual waking time.

His sister was still dead asleep and he didn't want to wake her up, he decided that he was going to be the one who is going to make breakfast today.

Since he woke up earlier than his sister today.

In the kitchen, Hito was cooking a typical bacon and egg with rice, however, he did it with some twist, his very own signature dish.

It wasn't anything special really, he just added some spicy peppers, though he separated his own portion and for his family.

Hito knows that other than his sister, his family doesn't like spicy dishes, personally, he liked them.

While he was half-way in completing making their breakfast, he noticed his sister in the corner who was rubbing her eyes.

"Onii-chan? Oh.. you're making breakfast…yawn~ you shouldn't have bothered.." Hitomi said with a sleepy look.

"I woke up early, so I've decided to cook today's breakfast," Hito replied with a shrug.

"Alright, I'll take a shower…" Hitomi went to the bathroom with a sleepy look.

After he finished cooking breakfast, Hitomi had just finished taking a shower, and now it was his turn.

It didn't take him long to finish bathing, after all, he wasn't the type of guy who put plenty of beauty products on when they take a bath.

After wearing clean clothes, he went to the dining room and was greeted by his parents.

Who was drinking a cup of coffee, while his father did it while reading some newspaper.

Honestly, Hito wonders why his father read the newspaper when he could just watch TV for the news.

Either way, it wasn't his problem.

"Good morning son."

"Mornin."

"Good morning Hito-chan."

"Morning mom." He greeted his parents back and sat at the table and was about to eat his portion of breakfast.

However, he noticed that something was off about his food, then he glared at Hitomi and said. "Hitomi, care to explain why you are my portion?"

"I don't know what you're talking about Onii-chan~" Hitomi replied with an innocent look.

Glaring at her for a few seconds before, sighing in defeat, he can't really get mad about her stealing his spicy bacon and egg with rice, she's his sister after all, plus it wasn't a big deal anyway.

"Whatever, damn it I was looking forward to eating it.." Hito grumbled, but he couldn't do anything about the spicy meal, since Hitomi already ate.

He had no choice but to make another one.

After making another portion of spicy bacon and egg, he was listening to the news on the tv, as he ate his breakfast.

"Daily news, today's weather forecast says there's a high chance of a heavy rain…"

Hito looked outside their window and it was indeed cloudy, surely it would rain pretty soon.

Satisfied with his breakfast, he said. "Spicy meals are the best."

"Agreed!" His little sister nodded.

"Oh, right Hito-chan, mind buying some ingredients in the supermarket later?" Mom asked.

Hito shrugs and replies. "Okay."

It wasn't a big deal, though it would be quite a hassle since it would rain later, then his mother gave him her debit card.

Taking the card, he put it in his pocket to use it later.

After his parents were done eating their breakfast, his father went to his workplace, and his mom did the same.

Both of his parents were working adults, and that's why both siblings learned how to do chores, especially cooking since both of their parents usually don't have time to do it themselves.

Hitomi stared at him, while it wasn't a big deal usually, however she was staring at him more intensely than usual.

"What..?" He looked back at her with a frown.

"Buy me snacks."

"That's it?"

"Yeah."

"Alright, give me money then."

"Ehhh, why not use mom's credit card," Hitomi replied with a smile.

"No, Hitomi no," Hito said with a flat tone.

"Yes, Hitomi yes!"

So, lost in the battle of words he can't believe he agreed to her demand.

He grumbled as he went out of their house, looking at the sky as it was raining heavily.

With an umbrella in hand, he opened it and took a step outside.

It didn't take him long to arrive at the supermarket, it wasn't that far away from his family house.

Hito bought the ingredients on the list that his mother gave him before she left.

"Oh, they have a sale on okra, eggplants too." Without hesitation he bought them.

After that, he bought snacks for his sister, and for himself, of course, he didn't forget to buy some drinks.

Checking that he had everything on the list, he nodded satisfied, after that he went outside the supermarket.

On his way back home, he couldn't help but shiver due to the cold temperature around him, even wearing a jacket didn't help it was still cold.

The rain was getting heavier, so he had to go back home as fast as possible. He didn't want to catch a cold, especially since high school starts a few days from now on.

However, on his way back home he saw someone who wasn't there before. By this person's physique, it was a girl sitting in a small crater?

Wait, when did a crater appear there?

If it was a while ago, he would have continued to question how a crater appeared in the middle of the street, however, it wasn't the time as there was a girl there wet in a heavy rain!

There's no way he could ignore her if she continued to sit there, she would no doubt get cold, he couldn't allow it to happen there, especially when he could do something about it!

Hito quickly approached the girl and asked with a concerned voice. "Miss? You should probably find some shelter, you'll catch a cold at this rate!"

The girl heard him, then stared at him.

If it was another situation, his heart would skip a beat at this girl's appearance, she has short blonde hair and wears a blue and white dress and she wears two white flowers on her head, a white scarf, a white and blue cape, a light blue skirt with shoulder length, white stockings, and white boots.

Not to mention, she was so beautiful, she was the closest thing people claimed to have a goddess-like appearance.

However, the look in her eyes was scarily empty…

Hito couldn't help but shiver looking at them, if there is one thing he's special at it was reading the mood, and this girl…he could feel the sheer despair from her very being.

He couldn't stand this, he needed to help this person, bracing himself he said. "Come with me."

If this was any other day, he wouldn't have the guts to do something so bold such as this.

He took the girl's hand and helped her stand up, at first he thought she'd resist but, to his surprise she didn't.

She only continued to stare at him with a dead look.

Hito couldn't help but bite his lips, he doesn't like the look she is having right now, she would be more beautiful if she smiled and not this!

He dragged her gently as he could to his house, and she never even tried to resist once, which was frustrating to him.

What if it was someone other than him, dragging her and having bad intentions, he didn't want to continue thinking that scenario he didn't have the heart to do so.

Finally arrived at his family house, he pressed the doorbell, and immediately his sister opened the door.

"Finally! Onii-chan I've waited so lon-" Hitomi paused her sentence as she noticed the girl behind him.

"Onii-chan, who is this?" Hitomi's tone changed into a serious one.

"I don't know, but I know that she needed help," Hito replied in an equally serious tone.

The two siblings stared at each other for a moment, before Hitomi eventually gave in. "I hope you know what you're doing, Onii-chan."

"I understand." Then after that, the three of them went inside the house.

Hitomi helped the girl change clothes, because her previous outfit was wet, and honestly now that she had a good look at the person her brother brought with him.

She was honestly shocked at her beauty. She had seen models and even supermodels on TV, but none of them were as beautiful as this girl in front of her.

Her beauty was out of this world, it's divine and as a girl herself she couldn't help but feel envious of this girl's looks, but she quickly killed it before her envy could grow.

She wasn't the kind of girl who gets jealous of others' appearance, she refused to be that petty.

Now that she's finished drying her up, she brought her to their living room, where she met her brother who was stunned at the sight.

Hitomi couldn't help but smirk at her brother's reaction, but she can't really blame him.

Even a girl like her wasn't spared by the blonde girl's appearance.

"Pretty ain't she Onii-chan?" Hitomi teased her brother and he blushed at her teasing words.

"S-shut up! A-anyway, now that she's properly dressed, I think it's time to ask some questions." Her brother said with a serious look.

Hitomi nodded in agreement then, she stared at the beautiful girl behind her. "He-"

But before she could finish her word, the girl's stomach growled like a beast that was about to get released.

"...." Silence dominated the room for a few moments.

Hitomi swears that she saw that blonde girl's cheeks turning a bit pink.

Well..well, it seems that she wasn't emotionless after all.

So the story begins with Tadano as ordinary without powers and eventually, he'll get to the point where he's not ordinary at all.
