You know... instead of explaning his power level in detail, you could just show us. Increasing parameters by 40% doesn't mean anything without context. If you were going to give percentages, that would make more sense later when we as the audience have a defined point of reference on just how powerful he is in combat. Giving X-rank doesn't help much either by the way. It's DxD. Power levels are both relative and fluid at best.
